Very happy
I ordered currency from The currency Club as it had the best rates. Very easy process, could select small, mixed or large denominations. I’m so used to travel agents never having enough small denominations, I selected the small box. All the currency was in the smallest note possible, there was a wad! Definitely got what I asked for, but will go with mixed notes next time. Regular updates from Royal Mail about delivery. Very happy and will use again.

I asked for small notes in US dollas.
I asked for small notes in US dollars (for tips while on safari) and received a mixture of 20's and 50's which aren't suitable. 4 days later I'm still waiting for a response to my query. The currency did arrive on time. Would not recommend.

Beware
Have used Currency Club several times in the past and always found very good. However when I recently bought 600 Euros from themI only received 560 euros. I contacted them immediately and filled in a delecaration form but three weeks later I have still heard nothing from them. I therefore won't be using them again.

Great experience from start to finish, currency club had the best rates ordering was very easy and even better you could select the currency in large , small or mixed denominations subject to availability. Initially good service and good rate…
Initially good service and good rate but thats where it ended. The Royal mail special deliver service is guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm and it was not. I contacted Royal mail who said my contract was with currency club so I contacted them and basically was tod tuff luck we will not be doing any thing about that. So if you need next day delivery guaranteed do not use this company as they will not take any responsibility for it.
