Communication is poor
Communication is poor. There is no way to speak to anyone. When you call the phone is answered by an automated message and then the call is dropped. The message was the same on 3 consecutive days. 'High volume of calls'
I made a mistake with the requirement date of my currency and so this was not rec'd. I tried to find out why my currency was not rec'd Friday 17th on the phone - no answer. On Monday 20th I called continually - every call dropped. I then sent a message - this was answered the next day.
Had the Company been contactable - I could easily have rec'd my monies on time - as it is monies will arrive too late to travel. The Company will charge me twice to cancel - £25.00 to cancel and a reversal fee. .
Apparently the trade has been made - but unable to send currency today to receive in time for my holiday..
N0 flexibility - no imagination in finding a solution.
Your telephone message recommends people to use the contact method on the web site because you currently have a high volume of calls. I believe that is absolutely untrue – you do not have a high volume of call – you no calls as they all dropped.
Your 'High Volume of call message' never changes
I persevered with calling as initially I believed I was just calling at the wrong time ' Currently High Volume! Your message intermates the call level will change 'We are currently experiencing'
I have tried almost every hour of the day to check, and the message remains the same – 24 hrs is not a quick response in an emergency.
Your companies lack of flexibility is very poor. Great if all goes to plan – but sadly, life is not like that.

We can see that the delivery date selected on your order was 15th May, and your currency was processed in line with that date. Unfortunately, we’re only able to dispatch based on the delivery date chosen at the time of ordering.
We understand you attempted to call us. Our phone line does provide an automated message directing customers to use the contact form on our website, as this is the quickest and most effective way for us to respond and maintain a clear audit trail. Your message was responded to as soon as possible once received.
Given your travel date, the options available were unfortunately very limited, and we were unable to expedite delivery within the required timeframe. As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, cancellation and reversal charges apply once a trade has been made.
We appreciate this was a frustrating situation and are sorry we couldn’t provide a solution in time for your trip.

It's important to use a Debit card rather than a credit card which will charge a cash exchange fee.
