Initially good service and good rate…
Initially good service and good rate but thats where it ended. The Royal mail special deliver service is guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm and it was not. I contacted Royal mail who said my contract was with currency club so I contacted them and basically was tod tuff luck we will not be doing any thing about that. So if you need next day delivery guaranteed do not use this company as they will not take any responsibility for it.

What a great service. Why wasn’t I told about this before? Ordered cash for India and delivered a couple days later as requested. Exchange rate is competitive if not better. They have my custom for every foreign currency from now on.

This was the first time using The…
This was the first time using The Currency Club. The whole process was easy and trouble-free from start to finish. It was very easy to fill everything in online. Just expect to pay a little extra for the secure envelope (this is mentioned online). In the end, I was able to send three different currencies from previous trips that had been hanging around in a drawer to be converted back into sterling altogether. I will definitely use this service again if I find myself with unused foreign currency.

Useless. I ordered 11,000 MXN in small denominations, arrived all in 200 MXN notes. No use to me, doubt I'll get any support either. Never using again.
