I ordered my currency and selected my delivery date from the website. Currency Club received my £4700 almost immediately. However, 1 day before my expected delivery date I received a message stating that my delivery would now not take place until “Before 1300” . 1 hour after my planned departure from my house for going to the airport on the day of my departure to South Africa. I’ve used The Currency Club for several years …and it’s a first class service…the rates are good and I like the fact that they listen to requests for denominations ..and everything arrives when it should…..plastic cards and phone wallets have a place in the world …but cash is still king in the majority of it !

Used before and normally would give 5 stars. Don’t get me wrong, the whole process was highly efficient and the website very easy to use and intuitive but the rate this time wasn’t as good as it’s been in the past
