Excellent, reliable and efficient service.
This is the first time I’ve used an online company to buy foreign currency - I’ve always been reluctant in case there was an issue and I felt more comfortable using a high street provider where I could collect my order.
I used The Currency Club as the high street provider’s website was down and I couldn’t place my order for collection.
The Currency Club offered the best exchange rate and delivery was free of charge - I placed my order at 4pm and it arrived by Royal Mail special delivery at 11am the next morning! Much more convenient than going out of my way to pick up currency from the bureau de change.
The amount I’d ordered was correct and absolutely no issues!
I’m very impressed with the service and I’ll be using The Currency Club again for sure.

I’m of the older generation and find it strange ordering cash to be delivered to my door but with it being more and more difficult to get to an actual bank if you can find one that’s open and not queued out I found my self for the first time ordering euros from this company , I was having difficulty with the process but Kiran called me and walked me through the process , I was getting frustrated mainly due to my own ineptitude with regards to technology but the staff helped me through , Mark another manager took the time to call me and help ease my transaction through .
I would highly recommend using this service , now I know how to do it I will never need to shop around for the best rates or go to a physical bank again for foreign currency !
Oh and my euros were delivered on time and when they were meant to arrive through Royal Mail.

Very happy with this service.
Was a bit worried about using a delivery service for a large amount of money, but had no issues and was so much more convenient for me.
Got a great exchange rate and was able to pick which day I wanted it delivered. Got email updates to confirm order and delivery and order came on the expected day before 1pm.
Picked mixed sized notes, and this is what came, probably actually got more smaller notes which is great.
Will definitely use again.

Only used it for the second time in 12 months but again not disappointed with the service. Really easy process to order the currency we needed (this time Indonesian Rupiah). Ordered on the Saturday before travelling on the Wednesday but still arrived in time via RMSD. Payment again very easy. Didn't need to use any other service like help or support. I have been buying euros from the currency club since 2013, along with the others on the market they offer competitive rates but the reason I use currency club is there is no add on charges for postage or amount of currency ordered and reliable next day delivery.
