This was a wonderful day out and the service from Thecoachcompany was first class. Our driver was excellent and communications before and across the day were fantastic.

The journey was absolutely amazing. The mini bus itself was super comfy, and definitely luxury! Our driver was perfect, he catered to all of our needs, let us put music on made sure we got to every destination on time and safely, and was overall brilliant. The level of ease in which we were able to book. The friendliness and cooperation of the staff throughout the process and we had a great driver who ensured we had a smooth journey!!

AVOID!

We used this company to take a party of 12 to and from a wedding venue. Whilst they managed to get us to the venue in plenty of time they failed to collect our party at 00.15 on a very cold November night in the middle of the countryside.
Following our initial complaint to them the company proceeded to send "evidence" of the driver being there on time (we were standing 10 - 20 metres away at the entrance to venue and the driver was not at the venue). We wrote a very detailed complaint to the company asking several questions and raising many points which they have failed to address. We continue to have a lot of questions concerning the authenticity of the evidence provided, their lack of communication with us on the evening and their current handling of this complaint which they do not want to engage with us on.
Our complaint has effectively been rejected by The Coach Company as a result of some inappropriate language used on a call at 00.40 that evening when we were trying to locate the driver. Despite us apologising 3 times for the unfortunate emotional response that night, the company is failing to provide even acknowledgment of their failings or indeed an apology for the no-show of their minibus. We ended up incurring a further £255 in taxi fares to get my party home safely and out of the cold.

We remain entirely dissatisfied with their appalling responses to our letters and they continue to cause our family anger and frustration in their unprofessional handling of our complaint. I feel genuinely exhausted dealing with this company.

Myself and the rest of the party will avoid this firm in the future following their failure to honour their side of the contract, the terms and conditions of which they continue to hide behind concerning the emotions on a call following being stranded in the middle of the Essex countryside, in 4 degrees with three young children.

Booked a minibus for a work L&D visit in Liverpool. Fantastic service. Kept me updated and reassured at all times along the booking process to ensure the information was correct. The driver, Darren, was brilliant. Arrived on time, very accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend.

The transportation was straightforward to book and I found the price competitive. On the night, the transport arrived on time. Would definitely recommend and have no hesitation to use again in the future.

Absolutely shocking service!
Booked 6 months ago, received a booking confirmation and paid a deposit.
I have been Informed that suddenly they can not fulfil the booking … due to not being able to supply a coach?! Really?! YOU’RE CALLED THE COACH COMPANY!!
If the contract could not be filled then the booking should never have been accepted.
The stress this has caused is unbelievable.
No offer to assist in rectifying the situation, or compensate the additional costs now incurred.
I work in large scale events and products and will be making it well known to stay as far away from this company as possible.

Pick up on both journeys was on time with no delays. The driver was very polite, professional. Coach was clean and tidy, very comfortable on the journey and the break stop on the way was welcomed. Would book this again without hesitation.
