Disaster
Disaster. I would not recommend this company. I booked them for our AGM which is the most important day of the year for us and they were over an hour late picking us up. It was excruciatingly embarrassing. I will not use this company ever again and I would advise you do not either.

Our driver (Peter) was very punctual, he came into the nursery to introduce himself to staff. Peter was also very helpful towards the staff and children. I would definitely recommend this company.

Really straightforward and prompt booking process with regular contact rom booking team and confirmations in week preceding. Driver was early for pick up and drop off. Minibus was really smart and clean. Faultless service

I have used this company several times and paid well over £10,000 for these journeys Every single experience has been a disaster. They pass your job on to third parties, and without even finishing the scheduled work, they demand more money—often by threatening to abandon the project unless you pay. Avoid this company like the plague. Terrible service and highly unprofessional.

Brilliant service from start to finish!
I booked a minibus to take a group of us to the Races, and the whole experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment of enquiry, Peter was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made everything super easy to organise.
Our driver Janet was a total star! She’s so lovely, funny, and just brilliant company! She really looked after us throughout the day and made the journey just as enjoyable as the event itself. Nothing was too much trouble, and her cheerful attitude kept the whole group in great spirits.
Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. Everyone was professional, reliable, and genuinely lovely people. I’d definitely book again using this company.

Electric wheelchair accessible
Before I found The coach company, I was having difficulty finding transport for several passengers including two electric wheelchair users.
At first they were not sure if they would have anything to suit the needs of the wheelchair users but they would do their best to find suitable transport. Within a few days they contacted me and offered a minibus which accommodated 2 electric chair users with a lift.
The mini bus worked perfectly, it was on time and the wheelchair users felt safe and secured. Throughout the process the coach company remained in contact ensuring everything will run smoothly.
I would highly recommend the coach company and would definitely use then again. The wheel chair users feel more at ease with travelling in the future.
Also Sean the driver, was a great help, he made sure the passengers felt safe and secured before beginning the journey.

Reliabilty and Punctuality were second to none
The whole experience from my first contact with Peterb was very professsional. I gave Peter the information requested and he very quickly worked out a couple of options for me and presented them with the finer detail laid out clearly. I found Peter and all the other representatives from the operations team very professional knowledgeable and reassuring considering I gave very little notice. Both drivers, Marian and Kolawole kept in contact with me all the time and are also a credit to The Coach Company.

Cannot fault the service at all. From enquiring to the last drop off everything went off without a hitch.
Our driver was amazing and even picked us up early due to freak weather conditions.

Great Company for Organising a School Field Trip
The coach company was able to secure coaches for our school trips at a relatively short notice after our initial transport fell through. Dave was extremely helpful and communicative and helped us to organise them for 2 residential field trips over a 2 week period, meeting our needs perfectly. Pre-trip communication was extremely good and prices were competitive and reasonable and when one of the coaches was 15 minutes late, the company was able to give a very rapid update. Would recommend to any school organising a field trip.

First class experience
This was our first experience using Manchester Coach Company and it certainly won’t be our last.
From our initial contact with Peter who sourced a very competitive price and took care of everything, keeping in contact throughout the process, leaving us nothing to worry about.
Our driver Jamil couldn’t have been more accommodating throughout the journey, finding somewhere to drop off and pick up without having to pay for parking. Even the next day bringing back a jacket that had been left on the bus. Nothing was too much trouble.
The whole experience was first class and we will be using them again.
