I used the coach company to organise a travel to reading festival for me and my friends, it was an easy process and the coach company was helpfull at all times, they was fluent with communication and gave plenty of time for payments, I spoke to Pete and he was excellent, didn’t hesitate to let me ask him any questions and queries that I had leading up to the trip, the driver was on time on both occasions, and the coach was spot on with plenty of space for baggage, for any journeys you need to organise, I would definitely recommend the coach company, will definitely be using again🙌

Booked this for my sister’s hen, the minibus was fantastic (we had the exec) driver was on time for both trips and very polite and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

I hired a coach from this company, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The customer service team was fantastic they answered all the questions I had and helped make the necessary adjustments for our group, which made the whole process seamless. On the day of the trip, our driver was incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly. Based in the far east, no vehicles of their own, and treat everyone terribly. Please avoid and contact a coach company direct. This company adds about 50% on to the cost which goes to the actual coach company.

THEIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS ALLOWS THEM TO TURN UP WHEN THEY WANT AND THE CUSTOMER CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT IT.
My daughter booked a coach to York for a hen party bottomless brunch and then a games afternoon.
The coach was booked for 1pm for the brunch at 2pm (plenty of time to get there). The driver initially rang to say that he would be there 15 minutes early but then when the coach hadn’t arrived my daughter rang the driver a few times but no answer. She rang Customer service who said they’d ring him and get back to us which they never did. The driver eventually arrived at 1.35pm and set off at 1.40pm. 30 minutes of the bottomless brunch was lost. My daughter wrote to complain and to request some form of reimbursement but the company offered 91p per person as per their booking terms and conditions (5% if the lateness is within a certain time bracket). The manager who replied just kept quoting the terms. There was no apology and no attempt at understanding the issue raised.
If you are wanting to book a coach with this company don’t bother. Their terms and conditions basically allows them to turn up when they want and with no comeback for the customer.

Book with this company at your own risk!!!

I booked a one-way trip for a group of 18 people from Leeds to York for a hen party. The mini bus was booked for 13:00. Initially the driver was very good and rang me at 11:30 giving me his ETA of 12:45, he rang 15 minutes later saying he was slightly delayed and it was going to be 13:00. I thought no problem!

It got to 13:08 and the driver still had not arrived. I tried calling him at 13:08, 13:20 and 13:21 with NO answer. I ended up calling customer services at 13:21 who said they would try find out where he was and they said they would try contacting him and call me back. The group were getting frustrated as we had a booking in York at 14:00. After finishing my call with customer services I phoned the driver again at 13:29 when he answered and said he was 5-10 minutes away. I explained if he was struggling to find the pick up point I could help guide him.

The driver eventually turned up at 13:35 and once all of us were loaded onto the minibus we set off at 13:40.

However, considering the journey to York is at least 40 mins from our destination it meant we were going to be late for our next booking and the venue could not accommodate the full time there we had booked so we ended up losing out on a quarter of our booking (equating to £162).

The following Monday after the booking I emailed the company stating these facts and requesting the refund of the money the group had lost.

They very insultingly offered a ‘gesture of goodwill’ of 5% of our booking cost….£16.50!! This equated to £0.91 each… ridiculous. I declined their offer.
If our group was late by the same amount of time, according to their T&C’s I would have had to pay £60 so £16.50 isn’t even a fair amount in comparison to that.

The company kept referring to their Terms & Conditions whereby it states that they basically don’t need to arrive or set off on time and that it’s not their problem and we should be adding a contingency time into our booking…. well I added 20 minutes and clearly still wasn’t enough.

Did they add a contingency time onto their travel to the pick up point? I very much doubt it.

The group can understand risks of traffic, congestion & accidents etc however the bare minimum is to communicate these delays with us so we’re not left feeling ‘abandoned’. This company couldn’t even do that!!

The companies website talks about how they understand customers value punctuality and being ‘on time’ but they very clearly cannot deliver on that. Their Terms and Conditions also do not align with their companies values.

Would not recommend to anyone and will definitely not be booking again with them in the future.

So if you do still decide to book after reading this review like I said above book at your own risk.

I’m sure they’ll reply to this review saying they’re satisfied with the outcome as they have with other people. Well I hope it’s worth losing good and reliable customers for.

Hard to get in touch with anyone, I had 4 different coaches for a group. Each time the group waited 45 or more for finally finding the driver. Extremely frustrating. The coaches we not clean. Will never use this company again.

We had 3 different drivers all were very professional.

We used this company to book the transfer 3 times within one week, and every time the driver always arrives on time, helping with the luggage, very professional. Very good service overall

I booked transport for a school trip, but the company failed to deliver what was promised. We were left waiting with a large group, leading to major delays and disruption. Their poor service ruined the trip for me and left students, teachers, and parents extremely disappointed.

Customer service was unhelpful, dismissive, and even tried to blame me—despite clear written evidence. I’ve asked for a partial refund and am still waiting for a proper response. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend.

As a supplier of coaches for this company in the past I have never dealt with a company that are so rude , treat you so badly . Basically being dealt with in an abrupt manner and having the phone put down on . Customers will gain a far greater experience dealing direct with coach companies ,more personalised and can change things to suit at the end of a phone or via email direct. Also you will be cutting out the middle man and you will be able to see what you get and from whom . There is so much better about

The driver was early and helpful in parking in a convenient place for our elderly residents. The driver was patient in waiting for a late comer. The driver was friendly having conversations with residents. We arrived in good time and the driver allowed us to store bags whilst exploring the lavender field. We arrived back in good time. It was a smooth, peaceful and enjoyable journey! Thank you!
