Bought a riser/recliner chair, sofa and armchair as part of Sherbourne Keswick sofa suite collection. We also bought 2 single Vispring beds, joined as a king size, but able to operate independently as feet and head raiser. The support and help given by The Bed Specilaist team and the installation was brilliant. Both systems operate easily and are very comfortable after nearly 5 years. So much so, that we bought riser/recliners for our parents. They love them.

The experience I have just had with this company has me racing to my laptop to recommend them to anyone who, like me, has been going round in circles trying to get to speak to a real person about a bedding issue. I wanted to purchase 2 vegan coverless duvets but could only find coverless OR vegan. However, one major supplier's specification (for Night Owl waffle product) looked very much from its spec like the duvet was vegan but, when I contacted the company by chat, I got a short answer.. no not vegan. I could not get hold of them by phone and then chanced upon this company who responded instantly by phone, listened and gave a really well-informed answer. As a result of the information, I decided to go ahead and buy the duvets from The Bed Specialist (and will probably be buying another couple).
