I honestly did not expect to be this impressed. We had three wardrobes and a bespoke bookcase and cupboard fitted, and from start to finish the whole experience was straightforward in a way that home improvements rarely are. No hard sell, no vague timelines, no moment where I felt I needed to keep tabs on what was happening.

The quality of the work is genuinely excellent. The finish on everything is clean and precise, the bespoke pieces fit the space as if they had always been there, and nothing has needed touching up or correcting. For what you get, the price is remarkably good. I had looked at a few options before going with Smiths and the value is not close.

What struck me most, beyond the quality, was how quickly they worked. It felt like a big job to me and it clearly was not to them. They got through it without any fuss and left the place clean when they were done.

The team came out and completed the work in just a day! Super efficient and kept us informed throughout the entire process to ensure we were happy with everything. Friendly, reliable and professional craftsmanship using the best material to turn our vision into reality

Absolute 5 stars for this company. Smiths have fitted wardrobes for us in the past and we had very good experience.
However on this occasion we asked for a very unique, bespoke cupboard on my staircase.
The quality of workmanship is outstanding. They were clean and tidy and work was carried out in a very smooth and efficient way.
The salesman Amit was very helpful and accommodating with decision making and the carpenter Rohit and his colleague were an amazing team.
I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

Really so happy with Smiths. We got beautiful glass wardrobes with a vanity set made by them. And a few additional bits around the house. Everything from their design, to precision and attention to detail was wonderful. But the part that will make us choose them over and over again in future is their team - they are all so wonderful, warm and instantly make you trust them. Vishal, Baljeet, and everyone else who came to execute were an absolute delight. They even give you suggestions on how to place your stuff and how to optimise the space best. They are truly the best.

The quality of the materials is soo good and Every detail has been thoughtfully executed, and the media wall looks absolutely beautiful.

It has completely elevated our living room and exceeded our expectations.

Also we had asked for some alternations in our kitchen cabinets and they made it soo functional and Vishaal did this amazing job.

The installation team were punctual, friendly and treated our home with care and ensured everything was finished to the highest standard before leaving.

Very happy with the service provided by Smiths. Good advice from the designer as it was the first time I had undertaken this kind of project.
On the day of the installation the team arrived as expected. They ensured that my carpet was protected before they started. Dealing with Smiths from start (Daljit) to finish was a pleasure! Professional, personable and excellent workmanship. Cannot recommend enough! Over the moon with our wardrobes and the shelves they installed into an airing cupboard so we could use dead space.

We’ve had our bedroom wardrobe fitted just over a month now and are extremely happy with it. Shareef (the designer) understood what we wanted to achieve and brought it to life. The fitters were also very professional and fast. I’ll definitely use them again.

Mercy the designer was great, she took the time to understand all our requirements and options for what to do with the space and was very patient with us while we figured out what we wanted, even inviting us to the factory to see the fit and finish of the wardrobes first hand. It’s as custom build as a wardrobe can get and for a very competitive price vs Sharps and Hammonds. The team who installed the wardrobes were very polite, and left the room perfectly tidy and dust-free after install. Would definitely use them again.

I have found this Company to be truly awful, saw their wardrobes at a trade show and booked numerous consultations, they never turn up, never apologise, don’t respond to calls & e-mail, just refitted a large house from scratch & the worst supplier to deal with.

I wanted a high quality finish with my media wall and custom installation. Smiths absolutely delivered to the standard I was looking for.
