Superb advice from the staff in store and good communication about deliveries. After 2 other abortive attempts with other companies (Bensons and Emma) to buy a mattress (which was not the advertised size and then could not give a delivery date!) The Bed Specialists came up trumps and the mattresses are so comfortable. We will never go anywhere else for our mattresses now!

The fact that it is a family company that has been going for decades, in my view, speaks volumes. Their range of choice is extensive. The service was attentive and helpful but not pushy. The delivery service was also excellent.

The ability to try out the beds without any pressure is a breath of fresh air. There is a great deal of choice and the quality speaks for itself. I have purchased from Nick at the Bed Specialists before and will continue to do so. A great experience all the way through to the friendly guys who delivered. We were able to discuss our requirements without pushy sales people recommending 'extras' and receive honest advice and guidance in choosing a bed. To our surprise, we found that the bed was cheaper (and better!) than the ones we had looked at in the big chain stores. We have had the bed several months now and do not regret buying from this local family firm.

Went in there just to try out some memory foam mattresses and explained what our budget was, literally lied on the first one & fell in love straightaway. Customer service was really nice, honest and knew what they were on about which made it a really easy experience. Delivery was excatly what they said it would be- spot on, couldn't fault this local company in any way & will definitely use in the future.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff who tolerated our numerous questions and visits to enable us to select the best mattress for our needs.

We needed a new mattress after trying out two with 200 night trial periods. We saw the Bed Specialist advertised in a local magazine and went to see what they had. Although we were the only customers at that time, we were very well looked after with lots of information provided and several mattresses to try out.
The ordering and delivery was straight forward and done in a personable way. We were kept informed on the day of delivery and the guys were polite and respectful of the property when carrying the mattress upstairs. The shop is tucked away but look for them and you will have a good experience!

Excellent service. Was told the approximate delivery time the day before and the delivery team confirmed the actual time on the morning. Mattress was bought into the house unpacked, put on the bed and the old mattress taken away. Two guys who delivered the mattress couldn’t have been more helpful
