this is a scam. i recently bought the for 49$ and the quote on quote “Fully tracked and insured shipping” which it was not it gave me a 4px code which was invalid. Told apple (i used apple pay) it was delivered so i couldn’t get a refund. It also gave me a 17TRACK number this one is valid however it hasnt updated once in forever so it’s probably fake. I contacted suppport and only get automated messages saying that they help 8am-5pm est which was a lie because ive waited days. Again DO NOT BUY.

I'm still waiting for my Teddy Blocks and wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. I've tried to contact the company via email, phone, and Facebook Messenger, but now I need to come up with a backup plan for Christmas gifts. I have also sent a message to the courier, 4PX, hoping for a Christmas miracle.

WARRNING PLZ DONT MAKE THE SAME MISTEAK I DID.. PLZ READ REVIEWS FIRST THIS IS A SCAM.. They say my package was delivered when it was never delivered.. it won't let me track the package then says it's delivered when in fact it was not.. we have cameras so 100% it was not delivered.. I try to call an it hangs up after telling me to go to the website.. the website I had been to 4 different times an got the same exact generic response that it was being handed to the correct department while nothing is being done.. over 100$ an we can't even get someone to respond back to correct the problem.. theirs nothing, no one there to talk to.. no way to get a refund, no one to tell me where my $ or product is at.. next step we will b calling the bank to cancel the order an report them so hopefully they don't keep doing this to people cuz this is ridiculous

I ordered a Christmas gift that has allegedly been "delivered," yet I do not have it. I was out when the driver arrived, and I did NOT nominate a safe place or authorize the parcel to be left on the doorstep. Even if the GPS coordinates show the driver was outside my house, the item was not handed to me and is not in any secure location. I have checked my entire property and with all my neighbors—it is gone.
To make matters worse, I have emailed customer service regarding this and have been completely ignored. It is now too late to reorder a replacement for Christmas. Under the Consumer Rights Act, you are responsible for the parcel until it is in my hands. Since you failed to deliver it securely and are ignoring my emails, I expect an immediate full refund.

Complete opposite of what I expected after reading the reviews on here! I made an order on the 16th of November, I initially had concerns because I received an email to say I hadn't completed my cart and could lose my order. Emailed them and got a response from Kayla who assured me my order had been recieved and was being processed but they were extremely busy with orders and there could be a slight delay. By the 26th I hadn't heard anything in way of shipping details, so I came here to read some reviews and was instantly worried about what I would receive after reading recent ones. I emailed Kayla to get an update. My parcel arrived before Kayla responded and I can say that I am really happy with my order! Reviews were saying that people didnt get boxes for the bears they ordered and just had bags of pieces arrive with instructions that looked nothing like the ones pictured, but I received my 3 bears, all in their proper boxes, with clear instructions and hammers included. They are a gift for my son so they won't be built now until after Christmas but from what I can see the items are perfect and just as shown on the website. Although Replies to emails can be slow, and its a little unsettling that you dont get updates on your order, please give this company the benefit of the doubt and dont just go off of the reviews you see on here.

Scam sight ordered three weeks ago no update on delivery since ordering. Contacted them and they said to check again same Information when checking tracking company is a complete scam DO NOT ORDER!!! I've had to go through bank for refund as no correspondence from the company

1: Came in plastic bags
2: some pieces don't interlock
3. Hammer is useless
4. It keeps falling apart
5. Missing so many pieces

Don't waste your money buying the 'expensive and better quality' teddyblocks. Just received 3 bears that took over 2 weeks to arrive. They did not even come in boxes, and all appeared from different manufacturers, with one of them only saying teddyblocks on (see picture). It seems as though these building bears are literally all the same and the best ones ive found are by neacole for a fraction of the price. (The one on the right) They are exactly the same!

Not happy at all took absolutely ages to come. Then when arrived they came in bags and no boxes like they advertised (so fault advertisement) the bricks are so cheap and flimsy. Don't waste your money on these.

Really disappointed with this product bought as present, but didn't come in a box and looks really cheap.

They shipped it in plastic bags (when the ads had people opening boxes) wrapped in a black plastic bag. Took me about a month of working on my bear only to find out that I can't complete it because they shorted me about 46 bricks--and yes I recounted and double checked that I didn't already use them.

Thus far I am not happy! I ordered 6 of these at once, 1 for myself and 5 as gifts. And NONE of them came in boxes (as advertised), they all came in bags! Also, just opened mine today just to realize that the instructions looks NOTHING like what they advertise as what theirs look like….instead they look like what they say the fakes look like. So truly not looking forward to assembling this. I will say Kayla from customer support has been helpful, but we will see today what she has to say about the instructions! I will probably not order these again!

Absolute rubbish. Parts are impossible to align and join together, they don't fit properly and the hammer offers very little to no assistance. Stick with a product more credible.

They took ages to come. They came from China despite it sounding like they were uk based. Also they come in bags not boxes as stated by the "what you get in your box" comment. So if you're buying as a gift they look cheap despite the price ! Gutted. First impressions are not good sadly. I was really looking forward to having for Christmas but now im second thinking.

Kayla, has been really helpful since I purchased my order with Teddy blocks, she has been fast with replying to emails and gave me updates on my order when I’ve asked about it. Can’t wait to build the bears

Waste of time and effort. Parts dont click together properly and not enough strength to stay together making it impossible to build. You would litterally have to superglue each of the thousands together one by one. Dont believe it is humanly possible to assemble one of these. Stick to lego is my advice

The mini blocks don’t stay connected too each other
Some of the parts don’t match to what it needs to be paired with falls apart
They don’t interlock at all
Very disappointed waste of money
