SCAM - 1 month and my items are still awaiting processing. I was told 5-15 days delivery and guaranteed on their website arrive before Christmas, it’s 5 days out from Christmas and they haven’t been sent. Disgusting that you can do this to people at Christmas time.

Can’t give it negative stars. You will never receive the bears. Scam all the way. No real tracking number and the emails will never be answered. BEWARE ITS A SCAM.

After placing an order, they provided a tracking number that appears to be fake or invalid. The tracking never updated, showed no legitimate carrier activity, and the package was never delivered.

I have sent multiple emails attempting to resolve the issue and received no response whatsoever. There is no effective customer support and no accountability once payment is taken.

Providing a fake tracking number and then ignoring customers is a major red flag. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this website and use caution if you are considering a purchase.

Save your money! 4 weeks. Useless tracking information. Messages to customer service are ignored. They hide bad comments on Facebook. I finally sent a dispute form to my credit union for no delivery and no contact.
Avoid this company.

Let me tell you I've been waiting to write this. So where do I begin I first ordered three teddy blocks. At first I gave it a couple of days to see what was going on. When I started asking about the tracking you have to track with three to four different apps the 17 app a package app and the original app. I kept emailing and emailing and I kept getting generated answers. Occasionally I got someone who seems to be real but you never know how that goes. I ordered these back in November it is now December 17th a month after I ordered. And I'm looking at my phone and they said it should be delivered today. They don't tell you that these Teddy blocks come from china. So you're tracking is taking you from somewhere in Beijing China all the way over the ocean to New York. I've asked for a refund multiple times and it was like talking to a brick wall. I don't actually know how the teddy blocks look I'm speaking from the experience of the tracking and customer service. But so far with the customer service asking for a refund and the tracking I am not impressed. But I will leave another review about the actual Teddy block.

I ordered 3 bears for my daughters for Christmas on Nov. 20. I received a tracking # the very next day. After 2 weeks of the tracking number not updating I contacted the company. They stated they needed 48 hours to respond. 3 weeks later no response, and no update on my order. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank. Do not order!

I would give a zero stars if that was an option. Beware that the items are coming from China and shipping will take a very long time! Customer service is absolutely terrible! It took them 8 days to respond to my messages. Then the company refused to cancel my order despite it never leaving the warehouse. I am posting this in hopes it will save someone from dealing with what I have.

Ok - I’ve left it a long time to write this review to give the company time to sort out the issue. Finally feel like I can give a full review.
First of all, I ordered on 23rd November. Got dispatch notification on 28th Nov with tracking details that just didn’t work. After a week or so I checked again and nothing! This is when I started to panic. Checked reviews on here and my heart sunk. Loads of people in similar boat. Emailed them twice with no reply, dm’d on socials, no reply. Eventually started leaving comments on every new post, however they kept disappearing. Was on the verge of requesting a claim through my bank and cutting my losses when suddenly I received an email from ‘Kayla’ on Dec 10th! I’d seen her name on previous reviews so had some faith!
She gave me a new tracking link, apologised for the delay and assured me they weren’t a scam but just running behind as demand was high. She also confirmed the hammers and boxes that I’d been told were delivered were actually all coming with the bears.
I kept an eye on the tracking and things were updating daily, through customs, flights, and eventually confirmed it was with my local courier hub. Just now on Dec 16th I received my 3 bears.
They all arrived in individual boxes, with hammers inside and full instructions. The gift boxes are not what’s pictured online, but they look nice enough. However, frustratingly one of the bears is the wrong one, but it’s in a box with the picture of the correct bear ordered. That particular box is battered and isn’t sealed like the other two, so looks like they just shoved a different bear in that box.
Overall, this whole order has caused me serious stress, I thought I’d been scammed and lost nearly £100. Thankfully I have received my order, albeit only 2 that were correct, and I’ve requested a refund for the one that is wrong - although not holding out much hope for it.
To all those that were in similar boat, there is hope, I suggest hounding them until you get a reply! From what I’ve seen of what’s arrived, the two correct ones look really nicely packaged and hopefully make great gifts.

Horrendous experience! Ordered nearly a month ago, reading reviews Im scared about what we are even going to receive. Ive asked for updates and near Im resorting to repetitively emailing them daily asking for a refund. We’ve had nearly zero contact from company the same as everyone else. What an embarrassment. Everyone needs to speak up and out about this company. They need to be out of business.

I ordered from Teddyblock at the end of November and have received absolutely nothing since. No updates, no shipping progress, no meaningful communication. The tracking number they provided is completely useless — it hasn’t moved or updated since the order was created.

I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and only received a generic, copy-and-paste response. No real answers, no accountability, and clearly no actual human support. At this point it feels like they take your money and disappear.

Extremely frustrating experience and zero confidence that my order will ever arrive. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere.

Not sure how but I ended up with 3 of the same bunnies. The deal was buy 2 get one free plus gift boxes and hammers. Tracking was bad, I never heard from them for 10 days. Automated response on email. The gift boxes it came in were nothing like the advertised ones. I will be returning the other two as they are duplicates, that’s if someone actually replies to my emails. I’m currently lost for ideas on how to communicate with them. Have a feeling I’m stuck with 3 of the same. Couldn’t possibly do another or give them away, my thumbs are killing me, this isn’t an easy build at all

I received an email on Monday this week with a totally different tracking number and a massive apology.

The teddy blocks i ordered has arrived today minus the free gift of a box and hammer. I have emailed again asking where they are but I guess i'm 1 of the lucky ones and should just leave it alone now.

Going forward I will not use this company again with the amount of hassle its caused myself and so many others.

So wish I say the reviews before ordering. I placed my order 3 weeks ago and chased up last week and got a human response. Since then when chasing I have been getting the automated 1s. Do I speak to my bank about getting a refund or wait a bit longer. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you 😊

Update: December 26th no shipment... Teddy blocks is now deleting comments on Instagram related to any issues. They even had the nerve to send a newsletter to potential customers at one point guaranteeing delivery by Christmas - meanwhile I've already been waiting a month... They're getting defensive in comments on social saying they're not a scam and orders will be delivered. If your current shipper is unable to ship time for a new company. I don't wanna to say it's a scam, but it feels like a scam.

It is now Dec 12 and I ordered Nov 5. I can't give it zero stars because customer service returns emails, but there have been no shipping updates in over a month. They claim it has been received by the shipper, but zero movement is concerning...

Still haven't received mine. Ordered 3 weeks ago and the "tracking number" they gave me was fake. After about 20 emails I finally got one back that wasn't an automated response giving me a new " tracking number" that of course said it shipped on that exact date. Still nothing else. This company is a scam.

Don’t order from this company! They are a SCAM! Ordered on 11/12 (today is 12/10) and still haven’t received my package (which were Christmas gifts) and tracking shows nothing other than it’s originated in China. I have emailed multiple times with zero actual response just automated responses. DONT DO IT!!! They delete all negative comments on social media. You will see that there are comments but none show when you click the post. Which means ALL the reviews are bad! They keep deleting mine.

I would avoid buying at all costs. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased.
I ordered 3 bears which were guaranteed delivery in 3 weeks. The (dubious) tracking link they send indicated that the order was inbound to Shanghai (first red flag) then it appears to have been moved/labelled/packaged in said warehouse for 3 weeks. I contacted teddybricks and requested a refund and waited over a week for any reply. The reply arrived within 24hrs a 20% discount of my next order was offered and I was told no refund as it had been shipped. It has been in this Shanghai warehouse for 3 weeks so I have argued that it is not ‘shipped’ and neither will it arrive within the next few weeks. I’ve reported to my bank but overall very very disappointed. Do not waste your money

Horrible experience, order other options from Amazon as they’ll actually show up. Placed an
Order and after 3+ weeks I requested a refund as my order didn’t even ship.

It takes at less month, but I received mine but how do you get them to interlock on the sides and not move, we you put one on top the either they stay ? Help please

Similar experience to everyone else who has given 1 star. Ordered product 11 th Nov, received confirmation and bogus tracking information. I then noticed it said part of my order had been delivered ( hammer and gift box) but I’d received nothing, I contacted TB and was told they had not yet dispatched the main item due to a shortage of packing!!! I sent another email requesting immediate refund which was promised. To date I am still waiting for the money. This company is not to be trusted and I wish I’d have taken note of the reviews before I orderd. Total scam!!!!! ***Update*** a refund has arrived. Despite this, I’d still not recommend this company.
