My friend ordered the frog for us to build. It was so much fun! Took us about a week! We ordered a second one!!! Tedious and you will get things wrong, so double check each level!

I ordered one of their splat bears on their Christmas sale I ordered it 3 weeks before Christmas never got any real updates on their supposed tracking Network finally after Christmas I finally got a hold of somebody from their company supposedly who apologized and thanked me for my patients and said that the item was in transit that was 6 days ago now it says on the tracking site that it'll be 8 days I've reached out for a refund because it was a Christmas present to begin with I don't even want it now especially after all the hassle but of course no one's reached back about how to go about getting a refund or anything highly do not recommend

I ordered 3 bears on the 3rd of December with the promise to arive before Christmas. I still haven't received them (it is the 29th day of December now) and I put in a request for a refund and got nothing back in return. It's a scam. They give fake tracking info and their customer service is non existent.

If I could give this zero stars I would this is a scam! You will never receive your products you just keep getting scam email replies from a “Kayla” providing you with false tracking links.

Scam... They provide false tracking information that only shows a label has been created and the product never ships. When you reach out to customer support they respond initially and just keep saying good news your package is on the way. Then they stop responding

This is garbage. Should have looked into before buying! Missing pieces no instructions. What a waste of money. Don’t buy this Chinese crap!!!!

I wish I would’ve researched more reviews before ordering. I placed an order on Black Friday with the discounts for a Christmas gift. I received a shipping confirmation email just a couple days after I ordered. After a couple weeks of no package, I checked the tracking only to find that my order was never actually shipped. I emailed them and was fed the excuse that because of the holidays the shipping company was taking longer to update their tracking information and delivery times were also taking longer but my package had definitely shipped. A week later they were advertising guaranteed Christmas delivery still, but my Black Friday order still had not shipped and Christmas was only a week away. So I sent an email reiterating that I can see my package has not shipped, and that despite their false advertising, even if they shipped it that day, it would never arrive from China to the US in just a week and said I wanted my order cancelled and a full refund. They again blamed the shipping company and said they couldn’t cancel my order but would give me a 25% refund for the inconvenience. The next day I went to get the shipping information to dispute the charges with my credit card company, only to see that they just sent it to the shipping company so I wouldn’t be able to dispute the charges. It’s now the day after Christmas and the package was finally sent to the USPS and I have an estimated delivery date of January 2nd. If you are buying this for yourself and have an indefinite amount of time to complain to customer service and to wait for it to arrive, then go for it. But if your plan is to purchase a gift that must be given by a certain date, find a different gift, this one will never make it to you and they will do everything they can to keep your money and screw you over.

I ordered in November and it said I would have them by Christmas. The tracking information is on an aggregate site that doesnt provide any customer service. My order has show "delivery attempted" three times when in fact it was not attempted at all. I have reached out via email multiple times and on Instagram and had ZERO response. It is unacceptable for any company to forget that the customer is why they are here. I will never recommend this to anyone.

If I could give - stars I would the shipping information says it was never shipped this is clearly a scam I lost over $100 stay away I wish I came here first I have only had one good shopping experience on fb I will not order anything from there ever again…I did finally receive a few days ago I’m not sure if all pieces are in all 4 boxes but one box had previously been opened.

SCAM!!!!! Ordered 4 December. Nothing. Even says part delivered. Nope nothing delivered. DO NOT ORDER. Bank contacted to lodge dispute.

I ordered from Teddy blocks over a month ago for a Christmas present paid $70 for shipping just to be safe and my order is still as lost in transit somewhere. They can’t explain to me where it’s at. Just keep saying it’s a delay and refuse to give me a cancellation or a refund. This is complete fraud.

I placed three online orders on December 12. All three were marked as shipped on December 13, each with separate tracking numbers.

To this day, all three shipments have been stuck in transit for 11 days with no movement or updates. The only tracking status provided for all orders is:

“Hangzhou General Warehouse – Operation Center, Electronic notification of order creation received”

There have been no updates since, which strongly suggests the items were never actually shipped.

I contacted the company directly and received only a generic response telling me to wait. I was promised delivery by Christmas, which did not happen.

After researching further, I discovered many similar reviews on Trustpilot describing the exact same issue—fake or stagnant tracking numbers and orders never being delivered, even months later. Unfortunately, my experience matches those reviews.

Based on the lack of shipment progress, broken delivery promise, and pattern of customer complaints, I no longer believe these items will be delivered. I am now pursuing a full refund for all three orders with my creditor.

I would not recommend ordering from this company.

This company is a scam. I ordered the blocks in Nov, they have sat in the “processing order” status now for over a month. I have emailed the company four times(they take days to reply) asking for the order to be canceled and refunded. They refuse to cancel order or refund. I have never received the product and they kept my money. Do Not Order From this company, its a Scam

Ordered 27th November as an intended Christmas present, it has just left China today (22nd Dec) The worst thing about this is, they charge £8 for " fast secure delivery"

This situation is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.

I placed my order on December 7 specifically because your website claimed orders ship within 48 hours and would arrive before Christmas. That promise was the ONLY reason I felt confident ordering in early December. Now, just days before Christmas, I discover that my order is still in China and nowhere close to being delivered.

Your shipping claims are blatantly misleading. If your company knew these orders were shipping internationally with no realistic chance of arriving before Christmas, that information should have been clearly stated on your website. Instead, customers were led to believe timely delivery was guaranteed.

This purchase was intended as a Christmas gift, and because of your false shipping assurances, that gift will not arrive on time. This is not a minor delay — it completely defeats the purpose of the order.

I expect an immediate explanation for why your advertised shipping timeline was not honored and exactly what you are going to do to resolve this. If this order will not arrive before Christmas, I expect a refund or appropriate compensation without delay.

If I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory response, I will be disputing the charge and sharing my experience publicly so other customers are aware of your misleading shipping practices.

I am waiting for your response.

I ordered these blocks three weeks ago and they still have not shipped. I asked if they could cancel the order and refund but no response since (outside offering 15% off the order that has not shipped).

Not as advertised. Did not arrive in separate boxes but in bags with only 1 set of instruction so not something you can gift to more than one person. But you will not want to gift as it would take weeks to separate all the bags and find the right pieces for a specific figure. The 30 day return guarantee is also a lie as they will state since their warehouse is in Belgium and shipping is so high it would be better for me to take a 20% refund and close the matter. Not sure why they ship from China with the warehouse in Belgium, hmmm.

SCAM. I ordered 3 bears & organizers on black Friday as they were guaranteed by Christmas. I received tracking information next day and as of today, 12/20 the package has still not been received. As far as tracking shows, it appears to still be in China. I reached out to customer service & their only response was we're trying, nothing we can do. Every comment on their post is being deleted so clearly many other people are in the same boat. We all paid for goods that were never received. Incredibly disappointing.

SCAM BUYERS BEWARE - tracking information provided at the beginning on Dec, 20 days later tracking still shows as awaiting information from sender, multiple emails sent with no response, no response on DM’s or on their FB page. I’ve just lost over $600.

Haven't received. Got zero tracking information forever. Sent an email requesting it or a refund. Despite being told the package was quickly "expedited", due to the delay and poor communication, it still shows as "waiting for the carrier to pick up" with no further legitimate tracking information. Finally requested a refund.
Update 12/22: Received a response to my email with a supposed tracking link. When I enter my order number it gives an error message. No response to the request for a refund.
Update 01/04: Response right before Christmas said that it had been shipped by that time, and a refund couldn't be issued until it was received. Asked for patience. However, still not able to fully track (supposedly it was on a boat headed to the US the day before Christmas). Still haven't received package or refund.
