On purchasing was never aware it was coming from China otherwise I would never of purchased. It took a few weeks to arrive but in time for Xmas. My daughter didn’t 2 hours on this to find over 60 brown pieces missing so is now unable to continue. Contacted there we site still waiting for over a week now for a replacement delivery date, ridiculous. I really wished I checked in here first 😟😟

The delivery was delayed , it took a month , I had 2 orders , the other one I was able to cancel it. Kayla the customer service , was really good in communicating and apologizing for the delay . So I really appreciate that . It's sad, they have good marketing , excellent customer service , good product , it's a lot of pieces !! I wish delivery was better . It' took a month before I got my other order .

Love my bear! Its not a scam. I ordered christmas season and it took exactly two weeks to arrive in Texas. I did email them after waiting one week and they replied to my email in 2 days saying its just a high demand. The pieces do slide into each other you just have to know how to do it lol instructions are crappy tho, i did figure it out. It took me a month to complete my bear because i do little by little. Order my second bear soon. I dont know so many 1 star reviews

Looks like, along with a ton of people, ordered during the holidays and have yet to receive anything. What a freaking joke. I ordered multiple and am now out a good chunk of change. Tracking is fraudulent....doesnt even work. Customer service just tells you to track your package. Yup. Did that. Nada. I hate scams man. This really would have been such a great gift if it were real..... 0 stars if that was an option

Scam!!!! Never got product, false ship tracking info.

I was really dubious about ordering from teddyblocks after reading all the reviews but thought I'd take the gamble. It did take much longer to arrive than anticipated, I was convinced the tracking info was a scam as I checked it daily for updates and I received no response from customer service when I asked where my order was. Just as I was considering asking for a charge back through my credit card the tracking started updating and about 6 weeks after ordering the bear finally arrived.
The box was a little battered but the contents were fine. Took my daughter a couple of goes to work out the best way to get the bits to fit together but instructions are clear, the bear is slowly growing and she's enjoying the challenge, albeit with slightly sore thumbs!

After reading reviews I was nervous about my order- I didn’t know it was from China and delivery took 5 weeks to UK over Christmas but all arrived boxed as advertised, I haven’t started building yet but I received my order!

My boxes of teddy blocks were shipped and sent with updated shipping info, including estimated arrival date. I received all 3 boxes I ordered at the same time and earlier than expected. I was promised the week after Christmas, and recieved them the day after Christmas. Blocks are great, secure, easy to follow instructions, and fun to assemble. Pace yourself or your fingers might become sore, but it's so cool you really just do it anyways.

Not a scam! Great product and loved by my 11 year old daughter. I received 3 bears to construct. Took at least a month to arrive. Pros. End result is fantastic. Daughter has built bear no 1 within a week. Onto Bear 2....more than enough blocks to complete the bear. The bear has a secret drawer in its tummy. Very study after it is built and makes for a great piece of art to display. Cons: The packaging could be better and the blocks could be provided already in specific bags - like Lego. The instructions could be bigger to help with construction.

Ordered 3 Teddyblocks. They took 3 weeks to arrive (which I anticipated). All arrived in separate black boxes and with a hammer. 3/4 way through the first one. Lots of fun. Instructions are clear. Only minor negative, is our fingers hurt a little from putting the tiny blocks together. It’s worth it though!

Was originally worried this may not be a genuine purchase…so for anyone else concerned about this, don’t be!

I'm glad this wasn't a gift!! Ordered on 12/21/2025 and it now 1/3/2026 and have not received yet. I was charged $9.95 shipping. Tried to track order and not sure where it is sitting.

Order over a month ago haven’t received anything definitely like everyone else the same more than likely a scam. Hope this helps.

I had order this for chrismas and is 01/02/2026 and still not recived i contacted themandstillnothing ...DO NOT Buy THIS you will never get it

Waste of time, money and energy. Shipping is excessively long. Received a shipping confirmation for my order stating that it was shipped from Ontario, California when in fact the order had not been shipped and was coming from China. It did not ship from China until 2 weeks after I received that shipping confirmation. When placing the order it showed that it would be received before Christmas, it was not. It has still not been received. The order was not shipped until after I contacted customer service to complain that there was no tracking updates for 2 weeks and it was only 1 week before Christmas. Instead of canceling the order that was not shipped as I requested, they shipped it then and offered a 20% refund, which is insulting. When I asked for a prepaid return shipping label so I can return the entire order for a full refund if and when it arrives, I was told that I would be responsible for $40 in return shipping, which again is insulting and completely ridiculous. I have doubts that the order will ever arrive. Do not waste your time, money or energy.

Blocks arrived in a bag. Instructions are in the form of tiny pictures and you will need a magnifying glass to read them. However we sat down to make a start only to find that the tiny pieces (do not think they are the size of normal Lego) are so poorly made that it it impossible to get them to connect. After 2 hours of trying different blocks, techniques to try and get them to connect, we gave up. DO NOT BUY this product, it’s cheaply made and is very poor quality

I ordered on December 2nd with the promise that it would be delivered before Christmas. 30 days later and the tracking number provided shows my order was electronically received by the carrier but it hasn't even been received to begin it's journey from China to the US! That's right, even though the Teddy Blocks website outlines it's "Domestic Shipping Policy," it really meant international shipping because the product is coming from China! I emailed customer service asking for an approximate delivery but recieved a generic apology for shipping delays during the busy holiday season. I asked for a full refund and was offered a 10% refund as a "token of their appreciation" instead. I have again asked for a full refund in my fourth email to them. Learn from my mistakes, DO NOT ORDER from Teddy Blocks!

I received an email during the Christmas season for free shipping. When I went to place my order the free shipping wasn't coming up. I sent them an email and got an automatic message that it would be answered in 48-72 hours. After 5 days I followed up. 11 days later I finally got a response that that offer was no longer available, that was it. They weren't going to honor the offer even though I contacted them the day I received the free shipping email. So they wait for the offer to expire so they don't have to honor it. I did write them a scathing email back, which not surprisingly they didn't respond to. I never placed an order. Not with that customer service.

Scam.. I only gave a 1 because it wouldnt let me write a review if i didnt. 2 weeks after my order it still wasn't shipped. Kept telling me my order was shipped. Such lies. Made it out to be it was a US company NOPE China. Which was ok but dont tell me my order was shipped and will arrive in 10 days.Order was 89.90 they took 91.70. Unauthorized charges. Took alot of arguing to get my money back and it was a partial amount not the full amount. DONT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU CANT SPEAK TO A HUMAN WITH ANY QUSTIONS OR COMPLAINTS.

SCAM!!!! DO NOT BUY!!! I ordered at the beginning of September, didn't receive it until the middle of November, then when pieces were missing I emailed them. They told me since it was over 30 days since I ordered they could not give me a refund and they are not even sending any replacements!! SCAM!!!!

Bought 6 for Xmas pres eta back in November. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Arrived in the presentation box which was added for free on offer. The hammers that were free were missing but these were sent out to us and arrived Xmas eve. Kids enjoying building them . Taking days but that's ok as it's fun to do and bears building perfectly. Just need to take your time. So kids 14 16 20 20 23 23 all very happy. Such a shame that all the reviews are based on shipping issues. Wondering if it's because of their sale and Xmas. It's let the company down as the items are actually really really good and would recommend. ( time consuming part was separating all the bits to septerate piles ) This took ages but I guess with LEGO you kind of have to do this also
