I don’t understand why people are leaving bad comments about Teddy Blocks. I made a purchase of three Teddy’s and was promised delivery in time for Christmas but as we got near to Christmas I kept checking my delivery status on line and it had left the factory and delivered to the customs at the airport in China but never moved for days. I made contact with a lady at Teddy Blocks called Kayla who was very apologetic and promised to look into it, she did and promised me she had emailed the customs and put a priority mark on the package being released for departure to leave China and continue on it’s destination to the uk, Kayla asked me to keep in touch and if it never made it in time for Christmas she would sort out compensation. Well the parcel arrived on the 27th December so I made contact with Kayla again and she gave me a 20% refund I agreed and it was paid into my bank account within 3 days wow I was so gobsmaked what a fantastic service excellent I will be using Teddy Blocks again in the future and I recommend Teddy Blocks to everyone

I placed my order on Black Friday of 2025 for my order to say it was guaranteed to be here by Christmas yet it is January 2026 now and I still haven’t received a single item and I ordered five of them when I contacted the company they said it got lost in the mail and they were gonna send a new one out and still haven’t heard anything back besides if I cancel my payback with my bank, they claim they will now give me a refund after not sending a single package.

I never recieved my package and its been like pulling teeth to get a refund! I have had to go to my bank and file fraud. Cause they are a scam company thats it jo product just take ur money.

Please do not order this. Received after a long wait. Missing parts and was promised a refund that never came. Too much money to return.

Like almost every other person, I too feel scammed.

Starting in November 2025, I saw ads upon ads of these blocks, at first I thought they were lego-knock offs, finally I convinced myself to order Dec 12th, 2025. It was a "black friday" deal expiring in 12 hours (that ad ran up until new years day), Ordered a brick organizer, 5000+ teddy block, free pounding hammer and premium free gift box packaging. Ads/website stated 8-12 days, meaning I could possibly get it before christmas if not shortly after. The package comes from China (which was unaware, as no ad mentions this, information isn't easily found on the website), I like most people, check tracking as soon as it's available, I kept checking and checking, finally on Christmas Day, the tracking information never moved, reached out to their e-mail support, got a response that they would give me a partial refund ($7) for the inconvience that rest assured my package was on it's way, I assumed with holidays theres no way I'm receiving until after New Years, on January 3rd, i got a notification from my doorbell that i had a package (not expecting anything from Amazon/Walmart) i checked, sure enough the tracking information said it was delivered. In my doorbell it's a very small package (envelope), thers no way all what I ordered was in that envelope and if it was, they definately lied on specs. I open the envelope and low and behold it's only the brick organizer, so that next morning (sunday) I e-mailed them, they got back within 12 hours (supposedly they're closed Sat-Sun), receieved the following reply "Could you please send us a quick photo of what you’ve received so far? This will help us document the issue and share it with our warehouse team to ensure it gets resolved as quickly as possible." So took a photo of what the "package" was and its contents. Received a response the next day stating they're sending it to the warehouse team and to avoid sending any furuther follow ups as it will move me out of queue. This was January 6th, it's now January 19th, and tracking information states it was delivered still and no response from the company. How log does one wait because you're delayed.

I’m completely and utterly floored with this company!
I reached out to this company multiple times due to issues with my order. Obvioulsy I get a AI response every time. Here are my issues:
#1 The company stated quick shipping from a US company on their website. When in fact this item was shipped from China and took over a month to receive it! (supposed to be a Christmas gift, received mid January). Once I asked the company where it was they stated refer to our Terms of Use which state "We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current." - Which I read after my purchase.
# 2 it says easy to assemble with easy to understand instructions. That was far from the truth. Instructions are hard as hell to read and are not clear. I actually could not get the blocks to lock together which made this product worthless
# 3 The website states returns are easy with a $5 restocking fee…When I requested the return they told me I have to pay for shipping for this item to end up in Belgium?? Which would be around $30-$40!

This company is not a legit company. I am calling my bank to let them know. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I ordered a set for my friend during the first week of December. As soon as I placed the order, surprise! It's coming from CHINA. The website is very misleading that way. It generated tracking information but the information never updated until it arrived in the U.S.... which was over a month later. The box was totally beaten up. I wasn't surprised it didn't maintain it's integrity because it came in very cheap packaging. The product looks cheap too and I can't imagine the teddy is even half the size they advertised it as. Friend is going to put it together so we'll see if the product is actually legit at the end of the day, but even if it is, I cannot recommend this. I'm not surprised others simply never received their product.

I would give zero stars if availabale, i ordered begining of december 2025, it is january 18th, and i have recieved 4 different tracking numbers, and none of them are moving. customer service is a copy past reponse, I did ask for a refund, as it is still in china and will probably take another month to arrive after it is actually shipped. buyer beware.. read all the reviews and i wish you luck if you do order

After waiting an age for these and only just arriving in time for Xmas has anyone successfully built these ? … a base plate for feet would be useful to help set these going like another well known building blocks company ( wish I’d stuck to that) but clearly they didn’t think of that .. the single blocks dont fit together so when you have 2 on a row almost impossible to fix .. it would help if instructions were in English conserving the audience these were marketed at to buy .. not sure if I have the patience ( and I have a lot ) to further attempt and admit these were a total waste of money ..

Ordered 6 bears on black Friday, the website promised delivery by Christmas. On the 15th the tracking still showed they had not shipped so I emailed them and asked to cancel since they would not make it on time. I got a response on the 18th stating they would rush my order. I responded and said "no just cancel the order" and on the 20th they responded and said "sorry it already shipped" it is now January 12th and I still do not have the bears. The tracking keeps going back and forth between "at my local distribution facility" and "transferred to local carrier for final delivery" before finally today being changed to "return to sender" I have once again emailed demanding my refund.

I ordered 6 bears in December, with guarantee for Christmas. Received an email with a tracking number less than 6 hours later (I knew it was likely generated when a label was created). A week later, I checked the tracking number and I got an error stating the tracking number was not found.
Reached out to the company and they assured me that my order was being worked and they would try to expedite my order.
A week later, still my tracking still shows not found, even using the direct link they sent me

Ended up subscribed to the mailing list after browsing the website over Christmas. Didn't buy after seeing they're just another white label product you can buy elsewhere and delivered from China and have been trying to get off the mailing list ever since.

Unsubscribe link is duff, so you can't do it yourself. Have even had a couple of responses from them telling me to 'just mark it as junk' and another saying they've done it manually, but that I can use the link (IT DOESN'T WORK AND I TOLD YOU THAT ALREADY!)

Anyway, I'm STILL receiving unsolicited, unwanted marketing emails from them, so I'm leaving a review in an attempt to get them to get the message and remove me!

I ordered like most people for the holidays and they make it seem like tracking is provided and they will arrive sooner than reality. I waited and checked online and saw no real tracking updates provided. I almost went for the refund on my card thinking I had been scammed with it being almost 2 weeks after Jan 1st now. But there they were. Delivered to my front door all 3 bears in beat up boxes and none of the free stuff they claimed. My guess is they over sold and ran out of extras or something. I have not assembled yet so I hope all the pieces are there and it’s not like the missing hammers. But I figured a review to let you know that they do come eventually was needed.

If I could give negative stars, it would be -5!! I ordered for Christmas on 12/9/25. It’s now 1/11/26 and I’m still waiting!!! I reached out to the company on 12/22/25 after the tracking information disappeared. On 12/25 they responded that it was in its way, but in reality they just processed the order again! Pathetic! 10/10 do NOT recommend!! At this point I have ZERO hope that they will ever arrive!

This company is a scam. Ordered 8n November 2025. Shipping was quoted as 10-12 days. It's now 1/11/2026 and still no package or refund. The company finally offered me a refund once they realized they never shipped my order. I told them to go ahead and process my refund and they are ignoring that now because supposedly and miraculously they say my order is coming now. It's complete BS and I want my refund. BUYER BEWARE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU NOTHING BUT LIES. NEVER AGAIN!
(And yes. I have all the screen shots to prove it).

I placed an order 12/15/25 for 5 bears. I finally received 2 today. Beat up. They use plastic envelopes and mine were smashed and tore up. The other 3 still haven't even been shipped yet. Customer service is a joke. They answer the same thing every time which really is no answer. I can ask why they havent shipped and they sent me a link to track the order when there is nothing to see. Do not place an order unless you want to wait 2 to 3 months.

Ordered one of the 5000 piece bears as a Christmas present for my friend. When she opened it up on Christmas day she showed me that there were missing pieces; the build required 3 piece blocks and 1 piece blocks, but there were no 1 piece blocks in the box, contrary to what the instruction booklet advised. My friend was so disappointed she ended up buying a similar teddy bear Lego set at our local kmart instead, for a lot cheaper too.
I sent several emails to their support email but never got a response. Don't even bother with these guys, you'll be wasting your time and money.

If I could give no stars I would! I ordered three teddy blocks for Christmas presents, and was supposed to get three premium gift boxes, hammers and a $10 gift card. I just finally got the three bears on Friday Jan 9th no boxes, no hammers and no gift card. I hope all the pieces are there!! The experience has not been good and I definitely will not be ordering from them again!!

Not a scam, but delivery does take a long time. I bought ours early November and it arrived just before Christmas. Came in a plain, but branded box. Blocks are good quality, and the instructions were clear once we realised how to slot then together. Didn't need to contact them, but the tracking info I got from the website was accurate. Would buy again, but in plenty of time if a present

This is not a paid review. I am just a guy, living in Saskatchewan, Canada. You better make this the first review that everyone sees. If you live in Canada, they provide a tracking number and that little tracking error you see will clear after the first week. The total wait time was 30 days. The tracking will be transferred to Canada post seamlessly. They all came in a box with no damage. Shame on you if you received everything and didn’t give them a good review. This company does NOT deserve 1.6 stars. Yes you have to wait a little while but in the end, everything showed up. Quit bitchin and don’t hesitate to purchase from this company.
