Had an issue with the delivery (not their fault, Royal Mail lost the parcel) and it was sorted out quickly and efficiently with a replacement which arrived in two days.
The product in itself is nice and as described.

Got the iPad magnetic cover case as well as the exfoliating brush set on sale, this arrived 2 days after purchasing - I got what I ordered in perfect timing; will definitely be shopping with them again.

Really happy with my order. I accidently ordered tempered glass protection for the wrong phone model. The team noticed the discrepancy in my order and contacted me before sending out my order to check it was accurate. This saved me a lot of hassle! Fantastic customer service.

UPDATE
I did end up getting my money back but I still would never use this company again because of their initial responses.

My order didn’t arrive. Their tracking says it was delivered but it never came. They are not interested so I am now £30 down. I wish I had checked trustpilot before I ordered as I would have never made the purchase.

This company is a joke to put it politely.

They send rubbish out for £19.99 on a second class stamp. The phone case I ordered was advertised as strong shock resistant fortified silicone - I got a piece of plastic garbage in a plastic 2nd class bag that took for ever to arrive..

It would cost me to send it back and as they shamelessly sent that piece of garbage out to me, I don't even trust that they would refund me the money and not just forward my returned case to another victim and keep making money that way.

Disgraceful !

Do not trust this company. I order a particular Iphone 13 case that was advertised as £19.99 and was sent a £2 plastic case completely different from the images. I think they do this in hope that you keep it, because then you have to pay to send it back. The delivery took ages aswell, just stick to Amazon your safer and it's a trusted company.

Bought a tempered glass screen protector for my galaxy S10+ phone. Went on quite easily, but the problem is it is now virtually impossible to use the keyboard or click on anything. Its not too bad on the left side of the screen but on the right side I have to press really hard to make it register. Now, less than 2 weeks after I fitted it, it's cracked. Total waste of money.

Bought a phone case, it was great quality and I received it quickly after purchasing. I would definitely use this company again.

Have just received the I pad cover and I am very impressed with the quality and finish of the cover and a excellent fit.

I ordered a black leather samsung s8 mobile case (price discounted from £29.99 to £19.99). But what I got was a cheap synthetic case, doesn't look like the item I purchased off website. No leather markings, interior different colour and material, tab shape different. Basically I feel I have been scammed. I have emailed them,as no number to call, with pics of what I ordered and what's been sent. Wish I could’ve posted pics on here of the item i was sent.
