Came late but it did arrive

I ordered a stanley cup. I was worried as i waited over a week and nothing came. I emailed twice with no reply. However the cup did arrive within 2 weeks. It is the correct cup and it does not look like a fake, the item and packaging all seem legit, all seems good. I am very happy with my purchase and saved £10 in the process. Every little helps :)

i wouldn’t even give the one star. my order never got delivered and i have emailing three times to ask what’s going on with my order but no response.

don’t waste your money ordering off this site.

Bad customer service

Took a while to send, waited around 2 weeks, no reply to emails or Facebook at all, thought the bottle wasn’t going to come until it finally did.

Not very good service

My order has now arrived, it took 2 weeks and the communication wasn’t good at all. I only heard the order was dispatched after I left a negative review. I’m happy the item arrived but I think they could make a lot of improvements.

The AI chat tool on the website does nothing, they don’t respond to emails and no one answers the phone.

Very disappointed with the company and…

Very disappointed with the company and their ability to reply.
My 16 year old daughter purchased a flask with her birthday money which we still have not received, even after calls and emails (that have not been answered) to find out about the status of the order.

How are they supposed to rectify their mistakes if they don't even answer their correspondence?

Flask finally arrived - hooray!! :)

My experience didn't start well... but thankfully ended well. After not receiving my order I tried to chase it up to no avail. I looked online and saw reviews saying it was a scam company which saddened me. However, suddenly my flask appeared and I also had a follow up call to ensure it had arrived. The gentleman I spoke with was very polite and said that they had been having some logistical issues and apologised for the delay. The flask is lovely & it was a very good price. I see on this site, that others have not received their items and so I really hope they arrive soon too. If there had been some earlier communication informing me of the delay, I would have given a higher rating, as these things happen. But as I was left assuming it wasn't going to arrive, I couldn't give it higher than the 3.

Stroid.co.uk website needs to be shut down immediately

Complete and utter scam company. I regrettably did not read these reviews before purchasing. The website seems very believable. Do not waste your money. They are total scammers and will take your money with no contact and no products delivered. They need to be shut down!

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I would. No flask and no response to emails or any contact. Phone line cuts you off. I still have no flask, no tracking, no response to my queries and no refund. Very disappointed. Steer well clear!

Scam website - stay away

Purchasing online proved disastrous as the product arrived damaged. Three emails and an agonizing 11-day wait for a reply only led to a phone call instructing to email again. Upon doing so and getting the first email from them, the reply lacked guidance on returning the item. Numerous attempts to contact them through emails and calls resulted in silence, leaving me frustrated and without a resolution to the damaged purchase. A maddening experience with poor customer support.

Avoid at all costs!

Do not buy from this company, purchased a Stanley Cup from them, received confirmation of order straight away, however it took 2 weeks to arrive. I’d emailed to chase and received no response so purchased the product from a well known retailer. Contacted Stroid to return the item after it randomly turned up, given an address to return it to. Paid to track the return with Royal Mail, delivery has been attempted three times but no one available to accept! No response to three emails I have sent to Stroid.
