Delivery of the item took almost 2 weeks and when I emailed to chase this up I never got a reply. This on top of never recieving an update on shipping at point of purchase, it was a poor performance.... Mehr ansehen

DO NOT order from this company

DO NOT order from this company. I ordered mid February for my daughter saying it would be here before 28th February. Now March 9th and received nothing. Tried to email getting nothing back. I wish I'd read trust pilot first. Unfortunately it is very misleading because they are all 5* reviews on the website. Obviously they've played around with that.

Really bad

Really bad, it’s been over a month and still no product. Emailed twice, no response and tried calling no answer. I did get through to someone once who advised they will send a replacement product but still nothing, this was 2 weeks ago. But from then at risk

My water bottle didn’t arrive

My water bottle didn’t arrive. I emailed, no reply. I then called the number on the website and it said that they can’t take the call. They are not based in the uk as stated on the website.
Fortunately I paid by credit card and the bank refunded me my money back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. See othe other reviews about this company.

WARNING!!! DON'T BUY!!!!! They are selling fake Stanley cups, and the whole website, good remarks, product pictures, and contact informations, return and refund policies of Stanley cups are fraud! Already reported to police and contacted my bank, this is the only way to get my money back.

Drop shipping products from china

This is a clear UK based Company that are dropshipping Fake Stanley products. Stanley cups are made in the USA and not China, which is where the products are being shipped from.

Companies house are showing that it’s been struck off the register.

Ordered a stanley for my daughter £35

Ordered a stanley for my daughter £35! It arrived eventually but wasn’t the right colour or quality! I sent it back weeks ago and still no refund! Can’t get a response to any emails or phone calls! Such a lot of hassle, don’t buy from them!

Stroid.co.uk sold counterfeit Stanley water bottle. It has Hampshire address will the phone number and email but never responded. I am extremely disappointed. Product came from China after several weeks and completely fake. I am still trying to contact them but no response at all. It’s unfair

Confirmation took 10days to say item…

This took quite a while to be delivered and when I got it the straw just won’t stop in the place U want no matter how many times I try! Very frustrating!!!

Scam - keep well clear

Ordered a water bottle on 12th Jan and it still hasn't arrived. I have emailed several times and phoned (mailbox says it's full) but don't get a reply. I would keep well clear.

I was slightly skeptical given other…

I was slightly skeptical given other reviews but item arrived as within 2-3 weeks and was great. Not the colour I ordered, but I was still happy with it
