Delivery of the item took almost 2 weeks and when I emailed to chase this up I never got a reply. This on top of never recieving an update on shipping at point of purchase, it was a poor performance.... Mehr ansehen

Item not arrived...avoid

I ordered a bottle on 17th January and it still hasn't arrived. I received a confirmation of dispatch on 20th January but I know there's no way it would ever take that long with Royal mail so I suspect it has not been dispatched at all. The mailbox is full when I've tried calling them (no surprise!) and no reply to emails. I'd steer clear of this company.

Yo I read all the reviews and got…

Yo I read all the reviews and got scared but my order came and it’s all right!!! I’m from Germany and got it from the uk within a month free shipping!!! It was super nicely packaged and I got a few updates with the weeks… Seems like the people at the company are a little busy at the moment but they pulled through!! I’m really happy :)

Ordered my Stanley cup on the 2nd of…

Ordered my Stanley cup on the 2nd of January delivered to my neighbour’s door today. Not sure why my neighbour’s door instead of mine. All efforts to get in contact with them failed, they do not respond to emails, chats. No tracking number, no warning to say parcel would be delayed. The reviews on their web page are all good. God knows who was reviewing them. Please order if prepared to wait 2 weeks with no communication.

Sent the wrong products

Sent the wrong products, don't answer emails or voice messages. Took over 4 weeks to deliver and I have not been able to contact the company to return the wrong products and receive a refund. I have had toget the bank involved. Stay clear.

This company is a complete scam AVOID!
I ordered on 24th December, two weeks on still no order confirmation or tracking. I have reached out on live chat and via email and I do not get replies. They sent one email saying 'why do you think we are a scam?'. I replied and got no reply. I got an out of office email littered with typos. Their number 01494266124 is never picked up and they just give a message saying 'voicemail box full'. Just spoke to a very rude unprofessional member of staff who said they were shut from 23rd Dec - 2nd Jan. I said no one has received their orders, he said everyone has. This website would say otherwise. I said you have not even tried to locate my order he said I don't know who you are. Never asked. And when I said take my order number he said they were shut for the night, he is just still in the office, but the system is shut and to ring back tomorrow. I asked for his name, he would not give. Abhorred customer service.

Item never dispatched or received. No emails following confirmation. Emailed but no reply. Company needs investigating for fraud!

Update as of the review reply. Utter rubbish. It was never received, I’d have no reason to lie as I’m £40 down. I stand by my review, the company is dodgy and needs fully investigating!

Disappointed ☹️

I ordered a Stanley cup for my Daughter for Christmas, unfortunately it didn’t arrive on time. I contacted them numerous times with no reply so thought I had been scammed tbh. If you do order from this company be prepared to wait for delivery & bad customer service.

Not reliable …

Ordered on 6th December, reciprocated 24th December. This company has zero customer service and does not give updates on orders, you have to go to their online chat and that takes days to reply. The order arrived but I do not think I would have it yet or even at all if I hadn’t reached out to them as the tracking number they gave for their website didn’t exist when attempting to use it. The product is fine but the service is very unreliable

Scam company - take recurring payments without your knowledge

Scam company - check your bank as they set up recurring payments from your account.

I bought an air up bottle that never arrived. I contacted my bank to report the scam and they said the company is a scam company and without my consent had set up recurring payments to be taken from my account.

If you have purchased from them please check with your bank that they’re not taking money from your account.

Order placed 22nd Nov - still not received on 27th Dec 😔
Slow to reply via online chat tool, was advised problem with Royal Mail & replacement being sent. Replacement also not arrived. Given all the other poor reviews, I suspect the issue is not Royal Mail related. I have now requested the order be cancelled.

Do not buy!!!

I received my order after 4 weeks of waiting despite the advised 5 day delivery guarantee. The phone number on the website does not exist. My emails were not replied to.
Definitely fake products - I bought a Stanley for my daughter after her real one broke - this was the only website that had the exact one my daughter wanted, as her original had discontinued in the particular colour. When compared the her real one, it was a lot lighter in weight, slightly different shape, loft was slightly different, different lid (that also leaks). My daughter is 9 and knows no difference however it’s the principle that I have paid the same price as a real Stanley to receive a fake one!
