Order from this company at your peril!

Ordered a water bottle at the beginning of December in time for Christmas. Received an email the following day to say the order had been processed and delivery would be within 2 weeks. Nothing has arrived. Have emailed, called and used the live chat but no response to any. Does not appear that there is an actual person monitoring. How are you meant to chase the status of an order if no-one speaks to you. I am doubtful that any item will ever arrive so will have a very disappointed daughter next week. Wish I had read the reviews first. Avoid at all costs.

Update as of April 2025.
Just seen the company’s response. The bottle was never delivered. I had to get a refund through my bank. Do not believe anything this company say

SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM STROID

EDITED April 25: this has never been delivered to my address or a neighbour, and I think the reply illustrates they do not care about the customer and whether you receive a product or not. It’s clear it’s a scam, don’t waste your money.

I purchased a water bottle over a month ago and haven’t received the item. No tracking information was included, and after emailing twice I have had no reply. Whenever I have called I have also had no reply. After leaving a 1* review on the website, it hasn’t been shown on the product page, which is still stating 0 reviews. I suspect it’s a scam website as oppose to one order going wrong due to these reasons. Please don’t buy from here and loose your money like I have

Avoid this company

Avoid this company! I ordered a Stanley cup more than 2 weeks ago, and it has not arrived. This was a Christmas present for my child, I will now have to spend double the amount and buy it somewhere else. I have contacted them by email and phone but they would not answer! I wish I had read all the negative reviews before placing my order.

Avoid! So upset.

*Edited to add* my order arrived today and is exactly as expected. I have no idea why deliveries are so long and why this company aren’t more transparent about their delivery times. Tracking info should be provided from the outset to avoid these negative reviews & frustrated customers.

Bought Stanley cups for my children’s Christmas. Ordered on 26th November. Had an email saying my order was complete on 28th. Nothing arrived. Managed to get through to someone on the live chat who said, “appologies in the delay for your order, we were waiting to get the restock from stanley which has now arrieved and this will be shipped out to you as soon as possible” still nothing. The poor English & the fact that nothing has arrived is clear it’s a scam company. My bank are now involved. If only I’d have researched before buying. Utter shambles!!! AVOID!

Stroid…where’s my orders?

Ordered three Yeti mugs on the 6th December received order confirmation emails, I have emailed customer services twice and tried calling had no response. Still waiting for my deliveries should I be worried Stroid?

Wish I’d have read the reviews before ordering. No sign of ordered product despite taking the money. No answer on the phone and I think the staff featured on their website are fake. Will be reporting to Trading Standards.

Order from them with caution

If only I had come here to read the reviews before making a purchase on Stroid. I knew something wasn’t right when I didn’t receive an email notification for my order. I’d like to have more faith in this, but I don’t predict I will ever see my purchased item. Tried to contact ‘Customer Service’ several times today and just goes dead.

order never received.

Ordered a Stanley 3 weeks ago to the UK and no sign of it. Have asked the company multiple times for a tracking number with no answer. Contacted my bank and received a refund within minutes.

Avoid at all costs. Total scam website.

I placed my order nearly three weeks…

I placed my order nearly three weeks ago, and I’m unsure why it’s so difficult to get an update on when my package will arrive.
