I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by StraightShip Delivery Company. My experience has been riddled with unprofessionalism, negligence, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Below, I outline the key issues I have encountered:
Customer Service Failures:
Agents lack basic courtesy and professionalism. One representative refused to apologize for the poor service and subjected me to the incessant noise of a rooster ringtone during our conversation. This is unacceptable behavior for any professional setting.
Another agent hung up on me after I waited 30 minutes in the queue. While the subsequent representative was more polite, they were unable to resolve my issue, highlighting a lack of adequate training.
Delivery Failures:
Where is my parcel, undelivered despite being marked as "delivered." This raises serious concerns about the integrity and accountability of your drivers.
Drivers frequently fail to deliver packages to apartment doors, despite having access codes and the ability to enter the building. Instead, they leave stickers in the lobby, forcing customers to incur additional costs to retrieve their items. For individuals with limited mobility, like myself, this is not only inconvenient but also financially burdensome.
Breach of Contractual Obligations:
Your drivers are not adhering to their contractual responsibilities to deliver parcels to the specified addresses. This demonstrates a lack of oversight and managerial competence within your organization.
Privacy Violations:
A driver posted pictures of my Amazon parcels on the TEMU site. This is a gross violation of privacy and raises serious concerns about data protection and confidentiality.
Financial Impact:
Due to your drivers' negligence, I have incurred over $120 in taxi fares to retrieve my parcels. This is an unacceptable financial burden caused solely by your company's failure to fulfill its obligations. We had one driver refuse to go to the 11th floor snorted in disgust shoved the package at me took a picture and said "My cars unlocked (music blasting out the windows.) He handed the package to the wrong person!! What is that crap?
Legal and Regulatory Concerns: Your company's actions—or lack thereof—may be in violation of delivery transportation laws and regulations. According to Transport Canada, delivery companies must adhere to strict guidelines to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of goods. Additionally, drivers' contracts typically outline responsibilities such as timely delivery, proper handling of packages, and respect for customer privacy2.
Demand for Resolution: I demand the following actions be taken immediately:
A formal apology for the poor service and unprofessional behavior of your staff.
A thorough investigation into my missing parcel
Implementation of stricter oversight and training programs for your staff and drivers to prevent such issues in the future.
Failure to address these concerns promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate this matter to the appropriate regulatory authorities

Worst delivery people ever sent me a picture of my package on a Sunday saying it was delivered but it was at the wrong address and best part is on the straight ship website they are closed on Sundays and do not do delivery's nor does canada post couldn't track down any information on who delivered it to the wrong address and today apparently it was delivered but nothing here and no picture to prove the delivery never have ever had a package issue with delivery until straight ship got involved now it's none stop bull**** and excuses on where all my temu packages are going they should really start getting there sh*t together beyond disappointed and wish there was shipping options to not have them get involved shame on you straightship
Failing business
All of my packages take an extra 3 days min as they mark the package undeliverable 3 days in a row. I emailed customer service with a list of orders asking for updates and got a reply that they were now delivered when only 1 had been delivered and didn't answer any of my questions. These kinds of delays are not only a bad experience for us, but also an unsustainable business model with unnecessary overhead expenditures and disregard for basic customer service management.
I submitted a complaint to TEMU and they have removed Straight ship from my available options in the future.

My experience is exactly like Charlotte's experience. I am sick and tired of the robot I speak to in customer service. What a waste of my time. I send emails to service and get no reply. I call customer service and get the same canned speech. My order apparently is in Brantford Ontario, but I cannot get a phone number for this company in Brantford. Just the same 1-800 which is useless.
This company needs to be shut down
This company needs to be shut down. My package has been in the city since February the 8th. It is now February the 23rd and each time I've called I've been sassed by the same man who refuses to answer the question of why it has not been delivered he just continues to cut me off and repeat "ma'am let me to explain to you again, your package is coming it is just waiting to be delivered" like he's reading a script. I would pick my own package up but apparently they won't release anyone's property to them unless they're delivering it to their door themselves. There is no excuse in my opinion for a shipping company to withhold their customers' property for over two weeks without a single explanation. If a shipping company can't ship, why the f*** are we keeping them in business?
Order stuck at warehouse
Currently having a negative experience with this company. My Temu package is stuck at it’s origin scan warehouse because apparently this company does not deliver to P.O. Boxes (not stated anywhere before placing my order) so now I’m attempting to communicate with them VIA email to give them my house address. They only respond once a day and keep asking me for the same information that I have already provided them in previous emails.
My package has been stuck at this warehouse since Sunday (Feb 16th) it is now Friday (Feb 22). Absolutely ridiculous.

According to the updates they tried to deliver my package every day but were not able to find a safe place to leave my package.
After second “attempt” I wrote email to support and requested to call me when driver will be at my address and guess what, nobody called me. After 5 or 6 attempts they just sent my package to the sender.
Hope they will stop their operations, because with such attitude to customers they will not manage to survive.

I'm not getting my package from them and they blocked my email account from emailing them more. They seriously BLOCKED me from emailing them.

Very unprofessional company
Very unprofessional company , they have mostly new comers working and pull in driveway with foreign music blasting …. They also keep people’s packages if there is a little tear on them and mark undeliverable.. I followed a package for 3 weeks until it got to my city only to be reported lost day of delivery , I called and they said it’s not lost just damaged .. I told them I just need the part it’s unbreakable I accept all responsibility please just deliver. They refused. I’m happy to hear they are starting to loose contracts !

They failed to deliver my Temu package. I called and provided a phone number to reach me and they never did. They lied saying they attempted to deliver again, and when I called they changed the tune to say that actually, my package was damaged and they were sending it back. Also, agent picking was extremely rude and dismissive. No actual intention to be helpful and solve the issue. I would give 0 if I could

Id give no stars if possible, not 1 package they have handled got delivered, no customer service, emails won't get returned, calls and gets hung up on over and over when someone actually do answer the phone they are rude and hangs up without solving the problem they created, I don't understand why companies are still using this garbage service , boycotting any company that ships through this joke of a shipping company from now on

This company stole.our package with over 100 worth of underwear and then blamed it on another shipping company but it clearly states that they were the last ones with it. We love ordering stuff from Temu. And unfortunately they consistently use this dumpster of a shipping company that has absolutely no business handling people's mail. They regularly lie and say attempts to deliver the package but clearly no attempts are made. It's a useless company that should be shut down.

Feb. 09/25 was the original date my package was updated to "Out for Delivery". This was a Sunday and I was home all day. However, I was disappointed to see that evening the status updated to a failed delivery attempt due to "consignee closed". This is a FALSE ENTRY. Yes, the apartment building's front door is secured, but with an intercom system that clearly shows to simply enter the apartment number to reach the tenant. This was NOT DONE. There would be record of a call on my associated landline. I received no communication whatsoever and that is unacceptable. The next morning I phoned the Straightship contact number. An associate confirmed my address, phone number and buzzer code and assured me my package would be out for delivery again within 24 - 48 hours. Later in the day the package's status did update to "Out for Delivery" once again. Again, there was no attempt to call/text my phone number or use of the buildings intercom system. (At one point I even made the effort to check that the intercom was working appropriately, which it was.) However, again a FALSE ENTRY was made that "consignee closed" was the issue. This is atrocious, unreliable, and neglectful service which should be addressed with related employees. I will phone the contact number once again, but I warn you to expect a blatant disregard for your patronage with this company.
