EMile XPress doesn’t have a phone, and doesnt respond to emails…
It is a scam company. I dont even think they are a real company. I think they are in cahoots with several other scam businesses in Asia.
First i never got my watch. GardPro dot com sells watches that I thought were great but i need a cell phone and as a monk I dont use cell phones. I dont need it, and its just another technological distraction.
So i contacted Gard Pro to tell them to cancel, as it had not yet shipped, the day after my purchase. They said I could refuse delivery when the shipper delivered it. He/she never showed, but they claim they made the delivery.
Then i tried to enter my tracking number, and contact the shipper, but two things happened. One, is that we cannot enter tracking numbers on the space provided on their site. I tried for five days on 4 different browsers. Then I tried calling them, and the phone number is not valid. It’s not real, it doesnt exist.
They did not answer my emails, for a week now, and their supposed CHAT option isnt a chat at all, and they ask you to wait for 2 hours…wow. That says it all.
The same thing with GardPro, supposedly based in Holland. The number they have doesnt work. The email they use is part of a sophisticated system called Ghost Shipping, and is all part of the larger « Drop-Shipping White-Label Scam » also coined a "Phantom Logistics" or "Ghost Shipping operation, employed, in this case, but GardPro.com.
So, does GardPro really exist…I guess they do because for some bizarre reason many consumers have let positive experiences and reviews here. But if you go online you will find many who have had similar experiences as I have, and those are not on Trust Pilot, for whatever reason.
Another fact, when I call them in Holland, GardPro’s supposed base, their phone number doesnt work. Though I was told two different occasions that i could refused the package delivery when it was made, no one ever rang my bell and I don’t believe they ever made a delivery.
I dont think Emile XPress exists. Why dont they have a phone number that works? Why dont they have a CHAT that works? Why dont respond to my questions? Who does that??? And the same with GARDPro. They answer via a suspicious scam system that is really an AI csr system, so I’m I never talking to real people. They have refused to honor their own policy and refund me my money, and others have dealt with similar issues from them also.
In fact, the phone number in Holland is actually a VOIP phone system phone, based in Alabama, USA. And their phony packaging and other USA business account in the US is also not a real storefront, but a FRONT, all part of the scam.
So, we dont have a choice, do we, selecting shippers. At least I didn’t, but I would be wary when you check companies out, especially when its not a company you know, or have every done business with. Do not let the pretty picture fool you.

The postal code got changed on THEIR behalf and yet I had to arrange to pick it up in Toronto where I can’t get to and they told me to contact the seller to change the address as they were unable to as the postal codes don’t match up (obviously cause it’s in Toronto) well I contacted the seller and they changed the address and here we are a month later no package and telling me there is nothing they can do. Waste of time and a waste of money, what a joke company.
Mauvais service
Terrible service. I was supposed to receive a package delivered by this company. The delivery driver entered the building, dropped off the package, and then took a photo as proof of delivery in their tracking system. However, security camera footage shows that he then took the package back before leaving.
Since this incident, I have been trying unsuccessfully to contact their customer service department, both by phone and email. This situation is unacceptable, and I demand an investigation to locate my package and obtain an explanation.
Worst so far
For sure the worst courier service in Vancouver. The fact that both times I received the packages has nothing to do with their horrible service. Both times the packages were left outside, on the sidewalk in front of a building in the center of the city!
First package delivered at 5a.m. (who even does that and expects an door answer). Good that an early bird neighbor took it inside. The second package was delivered during the day, but instead of waiting for me to open the door, it was again thrown on the sidewalk and the driver was gone. No time to wait 30 seconds!? They must be really busy despite the reviews they get....

Driver stole my package. Customer service at this company is the worst. You cannot talk to anyone. You can only talk through a bot. It takes hours and days for a response. I would not use them for anything. read the other reviews and you will see for yourself. Cannot be trusted or get a response that is helpful. Good luck to any company that uses them. I informed the company that sent this item not to use this service.
Worst delivery ever
Absolute worst delivery company out there. First of all, their website looks like a scam. You receive no notification or update as to when the delivery is supposed to happen. It's a surprise. They just leave your package outside. I prefer to pick up my orders myself when I can't know in advance the delivery time&date, so I tried to arrange pick up with them.
The only way to get in contact with them is via chat on their webpage with sometimes hours of wait. The tool they use for captcha is a piece of puzzle that you need to slide right in the right spot. Good luck doing that with a mobile phone! In Montreal their only windows available for pick up is M-W-F 8:00to12:00. Good luck for people working 9to5 MtoF!! Went there twice to pickup my orders and the place is a literal dump. Packages everywhere in bins, on the floor. Trash and cardboards everywhere laying around. I took pictures when I was there to send the company I ordered from. They were appalled. Yun Express is doing business with them without the actual companies where we order from being aware. If you are a vendor using YunExpress in Canada, make sure they are not using Emile and that your customers do not have the shittiest customer service experience.
No Delivery
Much have delivered my parcel somewhere else.Said it was delivered but I couldn't find it.Cant get a hold of them so had to get a whole of temp and cancel the order and get a refund

Delivered late at night
Delivered late at night, didn't ring my door bell. I was checking all during the day, not expecting them to deliver at 10pm? So when I woke up at 5am to go to class, my package was gone.

WORST company
My package has been "out for delivery" in my city for a week. It should never take a week to deliver something once it gets on the truck. They told me twice I would receive it the same day. They then updated the delivery status to "delayed due to" and no reason stated.
They're the worst delivery company to ever exist. They do not care, and they straight up lie telling you "I've contacted the driver, it will be delivered today" but it never happens. I bought something from Thrivin, so beware if you order from them, because they use eMile delivery services.
Money Laundering Operation
I think it’s a front for money laundering. I hope they are investigated. They are thieves regardless. They have no customer service to speak of. Their “chat” doesn’t even have a bot to moderate. You just get messages occasionally that they are behind. What utter bullshit.

Horrible. I’ve had two instances now of dealing with them. Both times they told me my address was incorrect and missing the apartment number…but I don’t live in an apartment. Despite communicating this and knowing my address is correct they did not attempt to redeliver. I had to go to their warehouse where I saw piles of packages in a mess behind their desk. They asked to take a picture of my driver‘s licence which I refused. Now I have another package that they won’t deliver and despite multiple messages sent I haven’t heard anything back.

The biggest issue wasn’t the delay itself, but the inability to reach a real person when the shipment status required attention. I followed all provided instructions, but the support process felt circular and ineffective.
For individuals or small businesses relying on timely communication and dependable logistics, this experience was disappointing. I hope Emile Express improves their customer service responsiveness and transparency.
