We have recently moved into our new so resi home, and I honestly cannot recommend them enough, especially Karen and Daljit enough. They were absolutely unbelievable throughout the whole process.
From start to finish, they kept us updated, supported us and reassured us every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble, no matter how big or small the issue was. They even went above and beyond their roles to make sure we had a smooth transition into our new home.
We definitely didn’t have the easiest ride, as we were selling our old home and buying through SO Resi at the same time, but you honestly wouldn’t have known it. Karen and Daljit never once made the process feel stressful. They were always there to answer questions, provide updates and put our minds at ease whenever we needed it.
Their communication, support and genuine care made such a difference to what could have been a very stressful experience.
Thank you both so much for everything you did for us. We truly appreciate it and couldn’t recommend you enough! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve had a very positive experience…
I’ve had a very positive experience throughout the process of purchasing my very first home solo from the first initial viewings through to completion. Piers Garnham was incredibly helpful and accommodating to my many inquiries and requests to view the flat. He was very responsive, prompt and professional. Malcolm was a fantastic sales consultant for SoResi’s EdCity development. He was friendly and knowledgable about the development, shared ownership process, and the logistics. He graciously showed us every available flat in our budget and was extremely patient. This was our first time applying and viewing a shared ownership property and we could not have asked for a better sales consultant. Whilst my husband and I decided not to continue with our application as the area did not meet our needs, we would happily work with Malcolm again to purchase a shared ownership property if a development met our requirements.

Shared Ownership Flat
I have gone through the process of viewing, reserving and buying a Shared Ownership Flat with Ayse and Temel - both super helpful. I have mostly been in contact with Temel and I can say he is very knowledgeable, he was able to answer any doubt we had during the process and he also was very open and flexible with his type of work. He was very receptive on our needs and he managed to process a big amount of information in a very short period of time without compromising on clarity and quality.
