A smooth-ish process to staircase.
A smooth-ish process to purchase additional shares of my house. It took much longer than I would have hoped for. I missed out on the offer of £500 towards legal fees by just over 2 weeks. Originally I had to wait over 3 weeks for my RIC’s valuation to be authorised and reviewed by TVHA Solicitors. After constantly chasing things from my end, it was finally approved and the process beginning.
If this would have been actioned in the average 5 days it should have taken, I probably would have been eligible for the offer so I’m bit upset I’m out of pocket through no fault of my own.
My solicitor did acknowledge this and asked if the offer could be extended but was point blank refused with a No.
However once the process finally got underway. The team at TVHA were quick to reply to messages and queries.

Amazing experience
What an amazing experience. Anna is lovely, gave me all the details at the viewing.
She responds to emails quickly. She handed over to Weronika, while away. Weronika was just as efficient.
Both explained process with great detail.
The process took a total of 3 weeks (if you are on top of all documents).
When it was moving day, we found a lovely gift basket.
Easy, smooth process.
