Sofa delivered on time, communication all way through. The delivery men made a mucky mark on the footstool during assembling and they replaced it within days no fuss. Thank you

Brilliant company. Topclass products and excellent Service. Delivery service And personal Superb.
Many Thanks.

Really good pair of sofas (2 seat and 3 seat). Delivery was really quick - just a couple of days after we ordered.

The two guys who delivered were great, really polite and they managed to get them in despite a narrow hallway and some tight turns

Sofa was delivered in a couple of days of ordering seems well made sofa

Great service. I had an email to say it was due to be delivered probably 1 1/2 weeks after ordering. I did not see my email to reply in time so they called me an hour later to let me know they were due to deliver and if it was ok to deliver. They gave me a 2 hr window. They called me to say they were running 1 hr late and gave me a new time. Great communication meant I wasn’t stressing or waiting. They in fact were only 15 mins late. The guys brought the sofa in and over my door baby gate and waited for me to set it up so I was happy. I would definitely recommend.

Ordered sofas on Saturday delivered on Tuesday fantastically quick delivery friendly drivers good sofas

Excellent customer service, very prompt delivery, great super soft and comfortable couch (got the Sophie corner sofa in mink colour). Communication through whatsapp made things much easier. They even sent us videos of the couch in 2 different colours before we made our final decision. Would very highly recommend Sofasway!

Excellent service. Ordered my sofa on Tuesday evening and was delivered on Thursday. We love in the a remote area of Scotland. 8 hours away from the supplier, needing a ferry. This didn't put them off. Good communication throughout. Arrived well packaged. Lovely delivery drivers. Very very happy with my corner sofa, 3 seater sofa and footstool. Highly recommend. Thanks
