Lovely sofa. A lot of confusion over delivery. Drivers didn't unpack it which was difficult to do alone but raised it with customer services. Ultimately I would recommend.

Delivery a little slow but didn't mind waiting a little longer delivery drivers very helpful, thought had a piece missing rang the office had a video chat with Hammy who was very polite and helpful told me where to find the missing piece of my sofa which was concealed on the underside of the sofa.

I ordered 3 leather sofas and was told 1-2 weeks delivery. Despite many calls and messages I have still not received my full order. I have cancelled my payment and I suspect I may now hear from sofasway.

Terrible. Not delivered after 3.5 weeks. No response from emails. Occasional response from WhatsApp with a future promise date that comes and goes.

We had to wait a few days extra for our sofas, but it was down to the courier not the company, once they arrived we were very impressed with the quality, a lot better than we thought for the price we paid, would definitely recommend this company from Mrs Woodley

Great range of products to choose from, I placed my order on the Monday and received my sofa 2 days later on the Wednesday, the delivery guy's absolutely brilliant helped me get the sofa into the right place. Definitely recommend Sofasway.

Delivery was within a few days, Delivery guys were excellent. A good , solid and comfy sofa at a great price. Would 100% recommend.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY, I ORDERED A SOFA AND THEY DELIVERED THE COMPLETEY WRONG SOFA THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO KEEP IT BUT I WAS HAVING NONE OF IT! THANK GOD I DID NOT PAY ANYTHING EXCEPT A DEPOSIT WHICH I HAD TO THREATEN THEM WITH TRADING STANDARDS TO HAVE IT RETURNED! I GOT TOLD NOTHING BUT LIE AFTER LIE FROM THIS COMPANY! PLEASE AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT THE WRONG SOFA DELIVERED AND HASSLE!!!

Very happy with my small swivel chair, nice neat size to fit in living room perfectly.
Delivery was between 1-2 weeks came on second week.

The Sorrento fabric corner suite arrived, it's perfect, the delivery people were courteous and careful.
The information for customers on the shop app may I add is terrible, needs looking at and chat is slow, it's needed to be good so customers are totally in the loop

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm still waiting for delivery 4 weeks since ordering. Customer service is basically non existent. I don't know how this so-called company is still in business.

Do not trust the good reviews. Corner Sofa came one section was a different colour and didn’t connect. Drivers have no clue how to put together properly. Took me weeks of phoning and emailing to finally get them to send replacement but the driver had me holding on till 2am in the morning he was meant to be coming between 7-8 just kept saying 45 mins then when he did come had no clue what he was dropping off. Wouldn’t give me the sofa that was on the van even though I knew it was mine. I know this as I was in the truck advising them at 2:30am. Ended up with another round of phone calls where I was made out to be a lier as the deliver guy said I refused the deliver so had to wait again for them to deliver the same sofa as the night before. The firm is a complete joke with no customer service.
