In love with my new bed. The communication with Lovemybedss was great and they kept me up to date with the delivery. I want to give a massive thank you to Amit and Yusuf for their great work, very professional, kind and polite. They assembled the bed for me and left no mess behind. Making customers very happy. I will definitely order from here again :)

Mrs Amit and Yousef deliverd my assessment today giving me enough notice for their arrival. Both are great and exceptional in all ways, extremely polite, courteous and true professionals. They carried a very heave and large sofa bed through narrow and difficult to negotiate stair case cleverly and in the most careful and professionalway and put it exactly where it was pointed out to them. They utterly and honourably refused to be tipped. I cannot thank them enough for their service. A great job brilliantly done. Very much appreciated without a shadow of inconvenience. It's great and highly recommended to employ such highly regarded professionals who score that high.

I bought the Dakota 3 seater electric sofa in beige. From the beginning I felt very comfortable, spoke to someone on chat, who answered all my questions. Delivery booked very shortly after. Constant communication between the company and me. The on delivery day, huge shout-out to Amit and Yusuf. Went above and beyond, normally they deliver to the door but they carried it up a flight of stairs and it was very difficult to get it into the living room, most would have left me to do it myself but not these guys! Exemplary customer service! Could not recommend enough! Thank you guys so much!

We ordered a cinema sofa and are delighted! It is so comfy, the colour is great (we picked forest green in velvet). I loved that you can customise the size and specifications so much - considering that the delivery time was incredibly quick! (One week from order for a customised sofa is incredible). Dealing with the company was also very nice, they were prompt to respond and you felt like you are actually talking to a person and agreeing stuff rather than call centre/scripted customer service people.

Absolutely love my new sofa, it’s beautiful and so comfy! Amit and Faizan were great and brought the sofa in for me and also shown me how to assemble it with the leg pieces. They were friendly and polite. Would recommend.

Wow would recommend to everyone when i ordered the sofa i was contacted 2 days later to confirm delivery and confirm what i ordered. Phoned the day before missed the call but had option to text back my postcode to confirm i was okay with delivery. On day of delivery Sami contacted me 30 mins before. Very respectful when they brought settee in Sami and his collegue couldnt be more helpful very careful when they brought the boxes in with the settee in
So nice when delivery staff like Sam are polite and reapectful. Settee came in boxes which were super heavy. When inopened the boxes later wow what a settee beautiful ordered Cosmo.

The service was very smooth, they delivered within a few days. The driver went out of his way to help move the sofa in the house despite us living on a hill, and offered him money but he refused! Really helpful company. I love the sofas as well. Look as seen. Will definitely use them again.
