Ordered my sofa to my mountain cabin online. I had a couple questions and customer service was easy to reach and spoke w a live person.
Sofa is beautiful and priced well. I ordered the sofa for my rental cabin so have not slept on it but it is easy to open and close. I would order from sofabed again the next time I need a sofa bed.

Purchase was simple delivery was quick delivery guys were great. They actually showed up early something I’ve never seen before. Everything went great.

I needed some hand holding on the phone to make sure what I was buying would be the best solution for my needs and space. James walked me through my options and also helped me with setting up payment plan. He was understanding of my situation, made recommendations, and very professional as well as friendly . The delivery was very quick and it was a pleasure to deal with everyone involved.

The main office was very helpful when we had to make a change to the delivery schedule. The delivery guys were efficient, professional, and thoughtful.

I called them several times for assistance in picking out the couch. They were very friendly and helpful. Every question was answered no matter how silly I felt I was asking. If it was not for them I would not have purchased the couch

It was very easy to get this sofa ordered and the financing through Shop was seamless. I received updates regularly on shipment and delivery and the delivery team was excellent. Nia at Sofabed.com was as helpful as a customer service representative could be. Overall, the experience was top notch.

I generally had a good experience with sofabed.com. Their customer service was great. One suggestion is to communicate the process to the customer more clearly. The items must be released by sofabed.com in order for a delivery to be scheduled. Communication about procedures and the timeframe those procedures take should be told to the customer. When the sleeper got to Metropolitan Warehouse, it took a few days for the tracking to change. I wondered why they were not scheduling my delivery even though the item had already been scanned at Metropolitan. A few calls back and forth to Metropolitan and sofabed.com and I finally got a delivery date. It was delivered as promised on the date stated.

I actually checked the Trustpilot reviews before using Sofabed dot com, because I had not heard of them previously. I had a specific model in mind that I was interested in, and my local furniture store would not have been able to deliver in time for my guest. When looking up alternatives, Sofabed dot com had the exact model in stock. I called first to see if it would arrive in time, which they were confident it would. They also offered price matching, and the person who helped me even texted me additional information so I was comfortable ordering.
