All went fine until the delivery crew found out that that they are not able to fasten two screws. They improvised and were able to assemble the backrest but not with original screws. However, I am very pleased with the overall service and will recommend it to friends.

I asked many questions and the company was very responsive. Ordering the sofabed was easy and was shipped ahead of schedule. Delivery date and time was communicated. Was delivered, installed, and all garbage removed. Sofabed is fantastic. Happy Customer here. 😊

Delivery was great -- they had a tough task of getting this heavy sofa bed over new sod to our newly built backyard guest house, and no complaints from the two guys -- nothing but smiles.

The sofa bed itself is super heavy and can tell it's well built. It's comfortable and very supportive to sit on. We will see over time on how the pullout bed works, but it's easy enough to get out, and comfy to test out.

Looks great and looking forward to our guests being able to use it in the future.

This was my first experience ordering a large piece of furniture online. I like to feel and see furniture before buying. After reading reviews, I decided to order a sofa bed from sofabed.com. The entire experience was awesome and the sofa is beautiful! The sofa arrived 3-4 weeks early, the delivery was well coordinated and communication was great. The leather is high quality. This was our first time ordering furniture online, and we chose Sofabed for their selection and good reviews. The whole process was positive, even with a couple of minor glitches. There was confusion about the seeming offer of free shipping, which we were told didn't apply for all geographic locations, but the white glove delivery was included.
The communication from the warehouse was good and we appreciated the good tracking at the delivery end. However, for some reason, the quality of the product was deemed unsuitable by the white glove delivery company and the sofa delivery was canceled on the delivery day without explanation.
When I called Sofabed, the customer service rep was good about checking on the order status and giving a good estimate of when the new sofa would then arrive. This ended up being only 2-3 weeks from the original delivery, so they obviously expedited it. We were notified of the delivery window, contacted by the white glove company, and it was delivered in great shape and set up by them.
We are very pleased with the appearance and quality of the sofa sleeper. The color and description were as described, and it is pretty and comfortable, just what we had hoped for. Although the process took 8 weeks altogether, we appreciated the check at the end that kept us from getting an inferior product, and not having to wait much longer for the final delivery. We felt the cost was reasonable, the quality is good, and everyone we dealt with at Sofabed was pleasant and helpful to guide us through the process. We would consider them in the future.

The process was seamless from ordering the sofa online to its ultimate delivery. The price was very competitive for a quality sleeper sofa. Delivery came off without a hitch. I am going to recommend sofabed to friends and family - it is well run and, again, very competitive in its pricing.
