Absolutely awful avoid at all costs - ordered for a Christmas present, had no idea this was coming from around the world (I am in the UK) - currently have no idea where my parcel is, no updates, no response from customer service and I’m £64.99 out of pocket! This is a complete scam and not what I expected from such a trusted brand!

Twice now, Skechers at Brent Cross have delivered exceptional service. Their staff are knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I have somewhat tricky sizing for my shoes, and both visits resulted in excellent purchases

I bought my wife size3 slip ins as a Christmas present. Delivery scheduled for 24th December. Got notification that delivered to pick up point on 23rd. I went next day at 8am to pick up. They were not there. Pick up point said some drivers scanned as delivered but they then deliver during the day. I gave my details and asked him.to call. Heard nothing so went back pm. Still no delivery. On UPS tracking it had been updated to proof of deliver with a person at the shop being named. Its now Christmas Day. Shop was open and guess what. Shoes not there and the signature reciever does not work there
I was a bit annoyed as we were going on holiday on 5th January and the shoes were for the trip. I had numerous exchanges with Skechers and UPS. All failed miserably. I bought another pair on boxing day from a local garden centre
I raised as an issue with my credit card provider.

During our holiday i exchanged several emails. On7th January browsing UPS tracking they said new proof of delivery to residential. Signed for again by xx. Who is a neighbour. At home sketchers again told me to go to shop and pick up.!!!. Went across road and got them.on 11th January. A terrible experience of using Skechers and UPS. Lesson for me never buy directly from Skechers ever again

I bought some Skechers black suede boots in September 2025 and loved them. Wore them for a few months and a fair amount in December 2025 as it was winter and they were comfortable. In mid-December I noticed that the heels were completely disintegrated and they also were not solid heels but a shell with air inside. I contacted Skechers as that is a very sort life span only to be told, because I had bought them on eBay even though they are genuine, there was absolutely nothing that could be done and I would not get any refund.i was offered a 35% discount to use for a new purchase which is worth nothing after the awful customer service and terrible product. Buyer beware

Bought a pair of trainers from an authorised retailer last September 2025. After a few months of intermittent wearing, maybe once or twice per week, I started noticing a hole on the inside of both shoes.

I sent the pictures to Skechers, to check the shoes, but they asked me to go to the shop where I bought them. The shop manager told me to speak with Skechers UK as they have no oversight of the manufacturing process.

Moral of the story, nobody is willing to take responsibility, and I have spent £79 to have a pair of shoes that only lasted 5 months…

Imagine if I wore them everyday, would have they come apart whilst outside!?!

I would like to thank Skechers UK for a fantastic service over the festive season when UPS lost my order. A quick email to the company and I received a lovely response from Adam who was able to locate the courier who acknowledged loss of my parcels. I was offered a return order with a discount which I received with no problems. Thank you Adam.

Awful...Couldn't delete a part order on my cart, discount offers are a total con and don't even bother writing to them and now I will have to un-subscribe to annoying texts and emails several times before they get the message. Never again!

gutted . i seen i pair of trainers £64..99 . the site says ' sign up' and get 20% off 1st order ... yipee . i ordered then put em in basket went to pay ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, nope i could not have them as was under £100 . so its kinda misleading , ive now removed myself so i dont get any more offers from them .

Ordered with a delivery date of 19th dec and no sign of trainers. Customer service is abysmal seemingly they are aware of UPS truck being held at customs and couldn’t be bothered to keep customers informed. They claimed that they would get an update on 22nd and keep me posted but have had radio silence. Going to have to raise a dispute. Wouldn’t ever order from their website again.

Despite receiving a shipping notification email from skechers uk, and a delivery estimate from UPS for the 19th of december, i received a refund on Christmas eve. When i tracked my order it stated refund complete, which seems impressive when i have never had the item. However my postage costs have not been returned, leaving me almost £8 put of pocket, and a gift short for Christmas.

Very disappointed with the service provided by this company. Ordered shoes on line and had a delivery date of Friday 19th Shoes never arrived tried customer services which is automated and says will have to wait 5 days for a response. Unable to track despite saying they were ready to be delivered. Ordered in plenty of time for a Christmas delivery. Terrible customer service

Skechers stated they’d despatched the trainers , UPS said they had them and were due to be delivered on a Friday 19th . Nothing came !
This maybe be fraud . Either way I’d recommend not using UPS and buy from a physical store or avoid Skechers full stop . Numerous Anglo Saxon words that begin with “f” and “w” would fit how I feel about these outfits , as a pensioner who bought these for a relative and at xmas I can do without losing £82 .
So play safe and avoid Skechers and UPS.

Eventually we were able to resolve our return (see below) and receive a refund. Oliver, in the USA, assisted with this process. Therefore, we have upgraded our review from 1 star to 2 stars. Although our matter has been resolved, it was complicated and we would still suggest caution in ordering from this company. In particular, do not part with any money until you have an order number.

The company needs a proper, honest, and legally compliant returns policy. We paid £141.94 for two pairs of Skechers trainers on 5th December 2025. They do not fit at the heel. We got no invoice, no order number, no paperwork, no return address with the delivery and hence no means of returning them. We've spent the last fortnight trying to return them via their website, their email and telephone.We waited 45 minutes for a telephone response, but don't now expect one because it is past their published "support" time. Unless Skechers respond to this review satisfactorily, we would recommend that you do not buy from this company.

I was ordered a few months before one pair of trainer the delivery is coming very late and when I received trainers, so I use two or four months for like my workplace I was feeling very uncomfortable when I was wearing trainers on my job one day suddenly comes in my mind. Need to check the trainers tags you know inner tags mention on the tags the shoe is from Vietnam made in Vietnam so I’m very unsatisfied and because they deliver very late and second thing and they give it to me very low quality Shoes from Vietnam they are very cheap. I will never buy again from Skechers. I bought these trainers from official sketchers UK website.

I’ve had these boots for three months, used strictly for work. Yesterday I started getting pain at the back of my heel, and when I checked the boots after getting home, the leather at the heel had completely worn through. It finally gave way mid-shift.

For work boots, three months of use before failure is unacceptable. The materials clearly aren’t built for real working conditions. I expected far better durability and comfort from a product marketed for professional use.

I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next pair. Very disappointed.

Extremely disappointing Customer Service initially received from Skechers UK.
After Involvement of Craig H (Area Manager) all issues were addressed and put right. Exceptional service provided by Craig, hence the 5 star review however, the Customer Service Department should be addressing and resolving these issues at their level without the need to involve an Area Manager.
All the same it’s Very much appreciated Craig.

I purchased a more budget pair of walking trainers from Sketchers costing around £65, within two months one of the trainers developed a large hole towards the top of my foot. I decided maybe it's because I purchased a cheap pair so I decided to go for a higher end pair and paid £140 within 4 months the same issue developed this time on the other side of the trainer. Whilst walking it felt like I was stepping on a permanent stone in the trainer. No other brand has ever developed this issue nor has Sketchers in the past but only this year. It tells me there's either a design issue or simply the material used is cheap. I simply cannot afford to keep replacing trainers every 4 months or less.

I did try calling Sketchers when the first issue began only to talk to customer services that quite frankly didn't care or come up with a solution.

Today I tried calling again on the 01707 number which is advertised on the website and across all search engines to hear a voice message saying the number has now been changed, I was using my mobile and suffer with dyslexia so couldn't remember the number stated and I do not carry a pen and paper with me.

So it would be common sense to actually update your website giving the new number and massively begin putting your customers first and understanding it is us who keep you in jobs and the business alive.

I will now have to seek another brand of trainers similar to Sketchers.

If I could award no stars I would. Having ordered boots two weeks ago, delivery has still not taken place. There is nobody to talk to on any phone number. The email helpline elicited a sympathetic reply after five days but no concrete action taken. Just the reassurance that 'it's out for delivery today'. No understanding that this has been the case for a while now. DON'T order from Skechers would be my advice.

My order was not without its problems, even though ( to be fair to the company), the shoes I ordered arrived 4 working days after I placed the online order. The Skechers UK website did not seem to recognise that I’d incorrectly typed in my email address, and accepted the incorrect one. Consequently, I did not receive an order number or tracking information. I emailed customer service asking for confirmation of my order details the day after placing the order, but didn’t hear back until the same afternoon the delivery finally arrived (but too late by then!). This is a company that (like a few other online retailers) seems to want to keep its customers at arms length, by not providing a phone no. - just a chat bot and/or email. If I’d been able to speak to a representative directly by phone, I could have resolved my problem immediately. This really isn’t acceptable nowadays. Also, I could have bought the same shoes elsewhere and got them the next day. 4 stars almost awarded but I gave it 3 (could have been worse but luckily the order arrived within the deadline). However below average customer service - Skechers need to up their game!
