My husband and I both wanted to by shoes at the Westwood Cross branch. We spent a long time looking and trying different shoes on . The assistant named Marylin was extremely helpful and very patient. My husband particularly wanted shoes with laces and we all had to search because so many shoes are slip ons. Marylin was humorous and made the experience fun and enjoyable. We both found suitable shoes eventually and were very grateful for her excellent help.

Absolute joke of a delivery service - paid for home delivery. UPS decided to deliver directly to a local convenience shop, zero attempt to deliver to my house. Disgusting service!

I’m A 77 year old pensioner who has purchased Skechers for the last 15 years but a recent purchase via Amazon Skechers. The shoes supposed to offer support and provide a cushion to minimise impact when walking. After two months the shoes failed in every respect.
Subsequent protracted communication with Amazon and Skechers has been a complete failure with unrealistic demands and the acceptance of responsibility.
It’s my considered opinion these shoes were of poor quality and to loose the protection and support advertised is unacceptable. The replacement shoes would cost me £60 a price I can’t afford and Im not prepared to pay.
I’ve made a decision I will seek an alternative supplier and would advise all individuals looking to purchase Skechers shoes to think again.

No problems with shoes. Problem Is Skechers delivery sub-contractors. They only gave a day for delivery, not a narrower window. Then rather delivering next day they took the package to a shop miles away. No method of contacting Skechers other than email/chat. Then they offer reply in FIVE days. Useless. DON’T ORDER ON LINE

Wanted size 7 sketchers said they might get some on next delivery the shop had no idea on what there getting have no click and collect and cannot see online size 7 have in white can't order .When trainers at £100 if 10 can't get losing £1000 a day in Sales and with the reviews on quality not a great business

My husband bought a pair of Skechers at around £100, and hardly worn them, the sean near the sole had split, it was obvious they had hardly been worn, took them back to the Meadowhall branch where they were extremely rude, no customer service skills whatsoever, rudely told us, if you can’t prove you bought them within the last six months we won’t do anything, no advice on who to contact and absolutely no understanding!!!
We will not buy from Skechers again!!!

Prior to this experience I used to trust the Sketchers brand, I now know this was a big mistake, from my experience Sketchers hold their customers in contempt.

I’ve been trying for nearly a year to resolve a significant loss of income and permanent scarring to my face falling a fall caused by Sketchers footwear.

This was ENTIRELY avoidable, Sketchers have been NEGLIGENT.

I’ve since found out the safety issues with this footwear had already been flagged to Sketchers on multiple occasions but they continued to sell
them.

When I contacted Sketchers about my injuries which included concussion, I spent months being ignored by them.

It took a visit to one of their local outlet shops, I’d already visited their main store in my town and been turned away, for anyone to listen.

The manger of the outlet shop couldn’t have been more helpful but she was not able to resolve the issue.

She did as much as she was able to which resulted in me being passed to their insurance company - Crawford & Company.

Sketchers clearly do not care about their customers as they palmed me off to a company with overwhelmingly negative feedback, which I’ve “copied below”

This has also been my experience of this insurance company/loss adjuster.

I’ve gone back to Sketchers who’ve refused to help me futher stating that it is now with their insurers/loss adjuster.

The insurers/loss adjusters who are rude, patronising, incompetent and disinterested in resolving damages their focus being solely on minimising compensation.

Sketchers are STILL SELLING the footwear that caused my fall and injuries despite myself and others flagging the safety issue.

I visited the Skechers store in the Swansea Quadrant today and had a fantastic experience. I was served by Iwan, whose attention to detail was outstanding from the moment I walked through the door. Thanks to his superb assistance, I walked away with the perfect pair of slippers. Iwan is a credit to the company and truly went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this store for its excellent customer service

The staff at Harlow branch were very welcoming and helpful. Maria served me and was very knowledgeable and attentive. I would highly recommend visiting this friendly store.

Bought a pair of Skechers trainers for my badminton & squash games (from Amazon) and they're great. They have a supportive insole and a good, grippy white sole, all of which makes they great (and great value). I see other reviewers have complained about delivery but via Amazon Prime they are quick (within 48hrs).

I purchased a pair of black Cool Jammers back in August 2024. After 5 months of light wear, they started to develop marks that looked like oil stains. After looking online I found that many people had experienced a similar issue, and it was due to the poor materials used.

I reached put to Skechers as I was disappointed by this, and they offered me a voucher rather than a full refund. I would have preferred the refund as I did not like any other shoes available online at the time, however the voucher was the only option.

I opted for a pair of green On-The-Go Stellar - Alpine Adventure winter boots, hoping they would be better as they were a more practical shoe. I purchased these in February 2025.

12 months on of moderate use of these shoes, and they have developed a similar issue. Large stains have appeared on the shoes, and the material is peeling away.

I was under the impression that Skechers was a good quality mid range shoe shop, however in a year and a half two pairs of shoes have disintegrated due to the poor quality material used, and now another pair is destined for landfil.

Teeside park/ we had amazing service on the two visits recently to sketchers Teeside park. The first visit we were helped by various staff and felt comfortable in the shop. Unfortunately I had to return some of the boots due to fit etc but was greeted very positively by the staff, we were looked after by Mariela who was very helpful and professional and took time to make sure we had the best service 10 out of 10 for looking after us thank you sketchers Teeside park, I hope the manager shares this with his staff as they deserve a big Thank you x

I was buying trainers for my niece, as I picked the shoes I wanted and asked a staff member to bring me the other pair and sell it to me, she brought me the same pair of shoes both left footed. I didn't check the box to see the mistake she made, I just sent it off on DHL the next day to my family back home. A few days later when the shoes reached them they told me about the 2 left footed shoes. I was so unhappy it was a waste of mine & my families money and time. The next time I brought another pair 2 female staff employee's were very rude to me and made me feel unwelcome and upset, it was really unpleasant experience both times and I wouldn't shop there again.

I'll never use sketchers online again..in-store possibly. Online no. First time ordering. I needed trainers and sandals for my first holiday abroad. They still haven't arrived. Ups have lost them. Says they were in my home town over a week ago but ups said they weren't that it was lost in london.I wasn't aware they came from abroad. Ups say sketchers need to contact them as they cannot locate my parcel and sketchers need to refund me or replace. I've been ordered nothing. Had to put a PayPal claim . Absolutely devastated as one I needed them. Two I've had no help from sketchers. Just keep getting palmed off or ignored. So disappointed.

I ordered three pairs of shoes but only two arrived. I've contacted the company six times but they just ignore my messages. Never known customer service as bad as this.

I bought several pairs of trainers when they were on offer, one of them being Skechers. I rarely wore them but decided I would use them years later for a home workout as they had hardly be worn. Unbeknown to me as I started my workout the sides started to come out all over my floor. What made it worse was the filling was covered with sticky residue which was a nightmare to clean off my wood floor and carpet.

I contacted Skechers and was told this can happen after time, even if they haven’t been worn. I told them I have other trainers older and they haven’t done that.

My advice is stay clear of Skechers trainers if you are looking for them to last longterm even if they haven’t been worn as they can disintegrate. Certainly don’t buy them to put away as a spare pair.

Visited Sketchers Princes Quay Hull today and would like to give Yaz and Rosie 100% for their outstanding service. Nothing was too much bother and they went above and beyond their brief. Thankyou so much for today. Sheila

The worst experience ever ordering Sketchers online. And loosing my time trying to contact them and still feeling like, I, the customer, am wrong.
Delivery was supposedly done earlier than 5 business days as informed on their website and contact not done after 5 business days of complaint sent by email.
At their own convenience.
Avoid Sketchers... sorry but that is a terrible waste of time.

Absolutely awful avoid at all costs - ordered for a Christmas present, had no idea this was coming from around the world (I am in the UK) - currently have no idea where my parcel is, no updates, no response from customer service and I’m £64.99 out of pocket! This is a complete scam and not what I expected from such a trusted brand!
