I bought waterproof walking boots in Sept 25 £100.00 from Bromley.
I wore them walking my dog on a local common during last winter. No hiking or hill climbing. By the end of the wet weather they were cracking on the upper where my toes bend and therefore were no longer waterproof.
I got in touch several times with UK Support but they were adament that their guarantee only lasted for six months. As I had contacted them on 31 July they wouldn’t offer a refund just a 35% discount off my next pair! They do not belong to any UK trade association so I couldn’t revert to the ombudsman.

I have several pair of sketchers trainers - not slip ins - i didnt want them - all láce ups - I love them - I think they are better & more comfortable than the bigger brands nike & adidas however - i would like to reorder some of the same styles but theyve discontinued them - very dissapointing
Also they use delivery service ups & if no one is home i have to drive to the shop for collection /returns etc - that part is a nightmare & when I contacted the customer service which I could only do through email - it appeared - I just got a sorry but that was it - no intentions of changing to royal mail which wid be far better
I’ve also looked at the latest collection & they are not that great the trainers
Such a shame that they always dicontinue styles because they are loosing business & they think they are good at it 🤷‍♀️

Just been into Sketchers at merry Hill and the two men in there were really lovely the older one of the two helped me choose a pair of sketchers he was really helpful and lovely

Do not buy, not fit for purpose, will last less than a year and skechers do not care if it last just
over 6 months. Have had many of these shoes over the years and all lasted well until my
September 2025 purchase. By June/July 2026 the inner sole already developed a hole to the
point of being unusable. Contacted skechers but they just hid behind 6 month consumer
protection and offered a discount on shoes that have significantly increased in price anyway

Sketchers suddenly decided to change delivery address to my home because they wanted a signature. Unfortunately, the hopeless UPS delivey service the use didn't tell me and failed to deliver. Another lost sale!

We visited oxford circus branch of sketchers today . Extremely patient sales person Saeed . He showed us each numerous trainers but not once showed any irritation . We would like to give him full marks for his professionalism . We bouught 2 trainers from this shop

My wife has 7 pairs of Sketchers of different colours and design, she loves the comfort of them BUT every pair has failed on the heel lining, They all look as though they have another year of limited use left but not inside the heel, That's a lot of money for a short period of comfort.

Bought new archfit sketchers in local store had them one month and put into gentle wash and one shoe came out totally different from the other,contacted sketchers only to be told my local store was a franchise and they wouldn't be dealwith my complaint. Tried to contact franchise only to find out store now closed and I'm out of pocket & have a pair of architecture that are not fit for purpose but sketchers will not refund me.please don't deal with this company as they deny all responsibility even thought their products are faulty.

Not even 6 months normal wear out of slip ins before the front has come away from the base! Don’t waste your money, expected more from a reputable brand

I have had over 10 pairs of Skechers - in only two style but various colours
The last pair is different too wide at the toes and within a day it had rubbed by foot so badly i didnt want to wear them
Contacted Customer Service and what a disappointment, - they have takes days to answer and when you do they ask for photos….. so I send all the pics of my several pairs (not the old and tatty ones but the newer) to show history etc and after so much backwards and forwards they day
Pay to send them back
We will check them and if we find something we will contact you, but if we dont please chase us (reassuring not)
If we dont find anything we will send back (Oh thanks thats kind)
I have spend so much on Skechers and never had a problem, as i said in my email, why would I have so many pairs and now only make up a complaint……

What a shame that having spent so much money on shoes and their expensive socks that here I am…..
I shall not be purchasing again - not because i havent and still wont enjoy most of the pairs I own, but because a brand should be judged on their customer service and Ive been beyond disappointed in Ewan’s responses.

Having bought white slip on shoes I needed to clean them….washing turned them brown and the Skechers “cleaning” fluid was a complete waste of money and not fit for use. Customer service was less than helpful. I shall no longer be buying Skechers shoes.

Purchased the Skechers garage shoes in January 2026.
My six year old lad wanted these the moment they came out so I bought them for him. He was afraid to wear them outdoors because he loved them so much so only wore them around the house. Despite this after about 7 months of light use, the garage doors are jammed shut and the shoes are wearing terribly. I contacted customer service who were no use whatsoever. They offered me a 35% discount code to replace the shoes and then backtracked saying it’s not possible due to a “technical difficulty”. I will not be replacing these shoes as they will probably give the same issues anyway.

If your child will be wearing these outdoors I would not recommend them as the quality is shocking and Skechers really don’t seem to care. One very disappointed wee lad here and zero help from the company. At the price of these shoes it’s daylight robbery. Shame on you SKECHERS

after £400 of misorders and wronge sizes sent out i finally got a pair that fit.
However, have only used them for 3 days and there is i horrible amount of wear around the grips o the souls and around the top shoe lace loop. Looks like iv had them6 plus months already. is also the 3nd pair i had to order as sketchers sizes are not accurate. Honestly want my money back. tryed to leave a review on thier website and it would not let me, claiming add blocker bs.
Avoid this company, they are not they same company that was 5 years ago. I wish i could post a pic of how bad these shoes look after 3 days use. they look over 6 months old

Just visited Skechers, Westfield, Stratford. I needed trainers for my granddaughters age 7 & 4. Ebony served us with patience and competence. Each chid needed to try different sizes each to get the best fit, plus changing their minds to chose different type when correct size was not available. Ebony was helpful and attentive throughout, even telling me how to change batteries. Thank you Ebony for turning shopping for children into a pleasurable experience. 10/10*

After trying on the shoe for a day in my house I found them to be very uncomfortable. My usual size was bigger on this product so I returned it via UPS which was the free option. I was told at the drop off point that they didn’t give receipts of posting, which seemed odd to me. Anyway, 14 days later and no refund and no response from customer service. Emailed not responded to and I was on hold for 25 minutes on the phone at 0-800-368-8262 so gave up.

Three orders, three UPS delivery disasters – awful experience

I genuinely like Skechers products, but my experience ordering directly from Skechers UK has been terrible because of UPS.

I have now placed THREE separate orders and had problems every single time.

Order 1: UPS marked my parcel as delivered in a “blue bin”. I checked and the parcel was nowhere to be found. It had to be reported as missing.

Order 2: To avoid the same problem, I specifically selected a UPS Access Point for collection. UPS emailed me saying the parcel was ready. I travelled to the shop, only to be told they were NOT a UPS Access Point and had never accepted UPS parcels.

The tracking then showed an address problem. I redirected the parcel to another Access Point, but after days of confusing warehouse scans and collection emails, the parcel was eventually returned to Skechers. I waited around 10 days, spent time contacting UPS and had to wait for a refund before ordering again.

Skechers apologised and offered me a 35% discount to reorder, which I appreciated.

Order 3: I gave Skechers another chance and deliberately chose a DIFFERENT UPS Access Point.

Today UPS emailed me confirming my parcel was ready for collection. I travelled there, and the parcel was actually there – but the shop refused to give it to me because their UPS scanning device wasn't working. I was told to go away and come back tomorrow.

So after THREE Skechers orders:

1. Parcel lost after supposedly being left in a blue bin.
2. Parcel sent to an Access Point that wasn't actually a UPS Access Point and eventually returned.
3. Parcel finally reaches another Access Point, but I still can't collect it because the UPS equipment isn't working.

How many journeys, phone calls, emails and reorders should a customer have to make just to buy a pair of shoes?

Skechers really needs to reconsider the customer experience being provided by its delivery partner. I like the products, and Skechers customer service eventually helped with the second order, but the overall delivery experience has been absolutely horrible.

Three orders. Three UPS problems. I still don't have the shoes.

I Went to the colchester store Dora served me she was vary helpfull as I am vegan she put her self out finding the right trainers for me lovely lady thank you.

I have sprained my ankle so many times with the Snoop dog as it has excessive roll and sublaxation. Meaning the roll of your foot. Today this happened again and I fell over leading to a 8 hour wait in Casulaty. I have never had any other company do this! I would never recommend these to anyone. I have severe ligament damage no. The medics had to cut the right shoe off as the leg had swollen up so much. They were a pain literally as the stupid imitation laces keep hindering you too! Never again. I will stick to other brands, and they are not cheap either!
