visited the Merry Hill branch UK. Francesca went above and beyond to help find me the trainer. I have specific requirements- Arch fit and Extra wide. it wasn't on the shelves. She brought all trainers with Arch Fit and extra wide. I have tried them until i found what I was looking for. Thanks Francesca for your help and support.

Wish I could review any of their products but unless you are a midget or a giant, literally all of the mainstream sizes are out of stock!

This has been an absolutely shambolic experience from start to finish.

• Skechers UK customer service is non-existent. They literally ghosted me — no live chat, no helpful support, no response to emails. Trying to get answers or resolve an issue was impossible.

• UPS delivery: inflexible. They wouldn’t leave my parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or let me collect it from the depot, which caused me to miss delivery.

The combination of Skechers’ ghosting and UPS’s rigid policies made what should have been a simple purchase a massive headache. I would not recommend unless you enjoy frustration and wasted time.

We bought my daughter 2 pairs 2 weeks ago, thinking the company has a good name and we didn't buy the cheap end. 2 weeks later her trainers already look 2 years old, tacky and coming apart. Having just paid for them rather than being involved in trying them for my daughter, I now feel how cheap and rubbish they feel! The rubber going around it is already coming apart- wish I could share photos!

I really should have read reviews before ordering.
Given a delivery date by UPS which passed. I was told in a subsequent call, my order was on its way but days later their tracker stated the items had gone missing (empty box found).
I have emailed skechers but no reply. I have ordered from elsewhere and will cancel the credit card transaction

None existent customer service. Love the product hate the company and UPS just doesn’t work

Buying from Sketchers is easy but ups delivery pulls the score down. So much that I wouldn’t buy from them again. UPS still haven’t delivered with excuses all the way. First it was customs delays but website said it had cleared customs. Then they said they would be delivering on Saturday which is unusual quoting two differing delivery slots. After waiting all day I was told due to further delays they wouldn’t now be coming until Monday. They used to be one of the best delivery companies but they’ve gone downhill. I wish I’d have bought in the high street shop as I would have had them by now. Useless company

Ordered Skechers which were despatched on 5th Nov. Updates from UPS tracking stopped on the 6th so after a few days i rang Skechers who were brilliant. I had also been in touch with UPS (courier). I was told to allow 10 days for an investigation which was disheartening. However Tracking started updating again on the 12th and my parcel arrived today 14th Nov. Skechers customer service tackled the problem straight away and i can't fault them for the help i recieved. Thank you⭐️

After being recommended to purchase a pair for work, i ordered online a week before i required them to travel to london for work. I paid £6.95 postage and was advised 4-7 business days. No offer to pay extra for guaranteed delivery before the following Monday. By Friday no sign of order and had to seriously consider travelling 25 mile to Birmingham to go to the store and purchase a further pair, which i had to do. It has been 13 days (8 business days) and still no sign of package and no new information on the tracking. DO NOT BUY ONLINE UNLESS YOU ARE NOT IN ANY HURRY FOR THEM BEFORE CHRISTMAS!

10 out of 10 for the shoes. ZERO for Customer Service. I will never order directly from the website again. I placed an online order for two different pairs of boots on the same day. A few days later, two enormous boxes arrived - easily four times the size of the shoebox inside. One box contained one pair of boots. The other box contained... the SAME boots. I could not find a phone number for customer service, so I sent them an email explaining what had happened and attaching receipts and photos. No response. Two days ago (9 days after placing the order) I received an email saying UPS would be delivering a Skechers parcel the next day. It never arrived. I finally found a phone number for Customer Service. It was out of use. I got the new number and stayed on hold for 20 minutes - being subjected to loud, annoying music - before I was cut off.
So - I am left with a pair of boots I don't want; without the boots I DO want; two gigantic boxes I can't throw out yet, in case I have to send the unwanted boots back in the original packaging - and ZERO response from Customer Service. I will NEVER order directly from Skechers again, and would not recommend their website. Skechers shoes are great - but buy them in-store or from Amazon.

Why o why does it take so long for Skechers UK to deliver your order ?? You literally wait 2 weeks for delivery. Any other online retailer its 2 to 3 days.
Very poor delivery. They use UPS who insist on a signature which again is inconvenient when other couriers leave the parcel in your porch etc. if not home.

Where do I start. having placed an order totalling £200 with what I thought was a reputable company I never expected to have the issue I have had. it started going down hill when I received several conflicting delivery updates from UPS. Then 2 days before the delivery date I received a notice to say my parcel had been delivered which it hadnt!! On looking further into the tracking my parcel had been returned to sender in Belgium. After a good deal of effort I finally managed to talk to skechers online who confirmed my order had been returnd to their warehouse in Belgium and effectively cancelled and refunded. However I have not received the refund and it will take up to 5 working days to process. As a goodwill gesture they have offered me 35% discount if I want to re-order. I really dont think I want the hassle to be honest and whatever I decide will be after the refund is received. Do yourself a favour and if you cant find what you want in Skechers UK stores or a reputable retailer dont be tempted to order online.

I order some boots with delivery time saying 5-7 days it has been longer than that so I contacted the UPS to track my item, they said as off the 6th November they have had no updates and therefore think it has been lost and to contact Skechers directly so they can investigate. After giving up trying to speak to a real person on phone i managed to live chat with a robot for a bit before finally getting a real person only to be told they don't know where my item is or when it will be delivered but it's "not lost" so now I need to go buy some other boots and wait god know how long to receive the ones I ordered so I can send them back for a refund so not only is it a great inconvenience i will also be out of pocket too

Skechers. I ordered some boots and just the same as Shelley they’ve been lost by UPS. I’ve done the same and raised a ticket with Skechers but this is so unsatisfactory. I’d sooner go barefoot than wear another pair of Skechers

I bought a pair of slip ins a couple of weeks ago which were comfortable but after wearing them a couple of times outside they were affecting by Achilles heel (tendon) to the point I couldn’t walk in them anymore,I took them back to the shop and was told they couldn’t take them back as I had worn them outside so I’m left with a pair of 75 pound trainers that I can’t wear.

I had to return a pair of lovely boots which had a difficult zip. The returns process was amazing in a really good way. On line, they sent a label which I attached. I contacted UPS for collection which was easy and selection of timings for convenience. Collected and within two days, I’ve received confirmation of receipt and refund from Skechers. Love the quality of Skechers and will definitely be purchasing again. Brilliant partnership with UPS. Thank you.

Bought a pair of skechers shoes in February (expensive) but they were comfortable but already the outer skin of the shoe is peeling away and looks shoddy. Would not buy again

Absolutely dreadful customer service. I placed my order almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my trainers. I’ve emailed twice and have not been given any response as to where my order is.
Awful customer service. I will not be using this company again.

I was shopping at Lakeside Doncaster when my mum said to go try Skechers “Slip-ins” - getting to be a bit of a codger and it’d save me bending down to pull shoes on . Being a life long sceptic I was pleasantly surprised.
The shop staff were extremely helpful and the store was well laid out.

In a world where next day delivery in very much a thing it baffles me why it takes so long to get your order from this company...that is until you realise that when you order shoes in the UK they dispatch them from Belgium and use UPS. UPS will then send you numerous notifications saying it will be delivered on this date and time and you must be home to sign for the package...even though it hasn't cleared customs yet. These companies wonder why Amazon is so successful!
