Has anyone dealt with a tracking number that states the parcel has been delivered?
They have yet to respond to my emails.
I’ve entered the tracking number into parcel monitor and it says it is en route.
Will I receive my package?? It’s been nearly a month since ordering two perfumes for 225€.

Wow!!! That’s my first review ever in my lift. But they absolutely deserve it! I order a perfume which first of all was £70 cheaper than in UK! I palcebd an order on Su day late evening, and on Thursday 9 am I received my perfume, amazing packed and lots of samples ! Thank you !! Will definitely order again and recommend to my friends!!!

Excellent, 5 star rating is not enough. I’ve ordered an MFK perfume from them and it arrived so quickly from the day i ordered, just 6 days despite of our situation right now because of this pandemic unlike those previous purchase from other shop that worries me so much and it takes almost a month to arrived. Great job to Colissimo and Parcelforce for giving me an accurate tracking and deliver my parcel so quickly. The parcel packed so nicely and safely plus 3 samples of other niche perfumes. It was a smooth transaction and I couldn’t ask for more. I will definitely order from this shop again, infact i was searching now for my 2nd purchase but unfortunately the one that i’m planning to buy is out of stock as of now which is MFK oud satin mood in a 70ml bottle. They are THE WORST !! Everytime I bought candles on this website the delivery was a problem !! Most of the time the delivery was super slow. From time to time, the carrier couldn't even find my place because of the address (obviously the address was the right one) so the package was sent back to them. Last time i bought candles was on the 1st of December. I decided to buy early before Christmas because there was 2 Christmas gifts in my order so I wanted to be sure to receive my package on time. I could choose between two type of delivery but as there was no explainations about the pro/cons of the two type of delivery I choose the first one. My package was delivered mid January !!!! I sent them multiple emails asking them to do something or to refund me. They refused to refund me saying that its was Covid fault and the carrier waited to have a plane full before sending packages. Dont ask me about that ! For me it’s a lie ! There was always problems with delivery with them way before Covid. So its just an excuse. Plus they should know about the carrier they propose before working with them ! I will never buy with them again !! Very bad customer service !!

Not sure they can speak English nor bother to reply or read any of your messages or emails but definitely busy enough to quickly collect your money.
Bought perfume just over £200 on 6 of Feb 2021 and payment cleared but since I get no invoice no confirmation email!!!
For 3 days I am almost begging them to reply to me and let me know what's going on.they are ignoring me on their website and their Instagram.
WOULD BE MY FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE FROM THEM.
Also will make a complaint.

I live in New Zealand, shipping took a week... after Covid! Amazing! They were fast, packaging ensured everything arrived safely, and their customer services team was quick and courteous with communications. The best frag store online. All perfumes were genuine and lots of free (high end niche) samples were appreciated! Will use again and have recommended!

I was a bit worried when i read the reviews but i had a very good experience. I purchased New York Intense by Necolai. Arrived in the UK in 4 days. I must be honest, the box was a bit dirty and not very presentable packaging but i paid £40 less then retail so...i guess if they pay a bit more attention to detail would be better.

Was a little cautious given the polarising reviews, but can gladly say the service was great! Free international delivery for a high quality perfume in no time at all.

Very happy with this.

Second purchase from Premiere Avenue

Purchased Maison Francis Kurkdjian Globe Trotter travel spray case at an amazing price, 20% less than other quality perfume outlets and also received 5 niche perfume samples.

Because price was over €79 delivery was free as it was in my possession in less than a week.

Will be using this niche perfume outlet again to purchase more parfum products and accessories.

5* customer service, brought a few gifts for my wife for her birthday, had a slight hiccup with delivery of items but in the end Charles & the team at Premiere Avenue made amends to my relief - decent delivery of items too considering overseas delivery, ordered 11th august, arrived in UK on the 15th, many thanks to the team, wife loved her present! 10/10

My order had missing items. I emailed them like 5 times and called them a couple of times. No one has responded. Someone I know had the exactly same experience so I guess they are a scam.
This is the only store that ignore all the messages and steal money. There are other great fragrance stores in Europe, so there is no reason to risk shopping here.

I bought a perfume off this company recently on ebay recently, paying by PayPal, & was told that the 50 ml was not available, but that they had the 100 ml. I said I can't afford that, so would like a refund. I was told that it would be processed that day. 6 days later, & several emails since,with only one reply my money has still not been refunded. I will never do business with this company again, & suggest no-one else does. I frankly feel ripped off £65 due to some inefficient staff member.
I finally had a reply. 4 years later! I can't remember, but I'm sure that the company probably refunded me, or PayPal did. I never let situations like this go, I'm a terrier like that. I just hope they've reviewed their systems. I for one will never do business with them again.

The wrong product was received, lack of response from customer service for the first week. After all they sent return label and in a month after making the order I've got my money back.

I got the fragrance I ordered with no problems, quickly, well wrapped. Prices are ok. But what's particularly great about Première Avenue is that I get a handful of samples of niche perfumes that it otherwise would be tricky to get to test. It is a good thing to be generous with.
