I’m lying on it now. We’ve had it a week and it’s made a real difference all ready. We love it and we are comfortable, well supported, and cooled. The best decision I’ve made in a long time was buying this REMfit mattress

I purchased what I thought was a rem sleep 3000 and 1 slim charcoal pillow. I received a rem sleep 400 and 6 VERY thin charcoal pillows.

The mattress is as hard as a rock and the pillow is completely unsuitable and unused along with the 5 extras I received.

I have various serious spine issues and thought I was going to receive a medium tension mattress. It is not!
I have tried to contact remfit repeatedly, they have admitted it is the wrong mattress and have offered a £100 refund gesture for it. I have asked them repeatedly for a refund in full as they have a 100 night money back guarantee but they just keep ignoring me.

They have however said I can have a refund for the pillow if i take all 6 in there giant heavy box to a parcel drop off. This would be all very well if I could lift the damn box!!

All I want is for them to collect there items and refund me as they advertise on there website and I am entitled to under consumer rights. Instead I am stuck in a continuous chat bot loop being told I need to speak to a human agent.

If you value your time and money buy a mattress from somewhere else!

My husband is due to have back surgery very soon, so on 12.06.26 he ordered and paid for a new mattress. Was promised delivery within five to ten working days. Six weeks later, we are still waiting. No contact from them, and no phone number available to contact.

He’s emailed them numerous times, and each time there has been a different excuse - out for delivery already, then order lost, then new batch about to be manufactured and would be ready for 20.07.26. Still no mattress!!

UPDATE: I am furious to update that, despite REM-Fit organising a delivery for today, we still don’t have a mattress! They sent a pillow, a mattress protector, a waterproof sheet and a pillow protector. What an absolute shambles! No reply to emails again.

To add insult to injury, in the intervening six weeks, we’ve received emails asking for feedback on how much we were enjoying our mattress.

The delivery experience was satisfactory but we observed that a quarter of the bed springs were noisy and squeaky on the first day. The company advised a 30-day waiting period despite the obvious fault. This is likely to worsen over time particularly when the mattress is turned at the top end and throughout the night the noise will be beyond irritatingThis is totally unreasonable and not in line with UK legislation which allows for a complaint to be made from the outset. Not after 30 days It is also concerning that the company is blaming me for the fault when I had previously pointed it out from day one for a so called premium mattress it's not acceptable regretting having any dealings with this company

Unbelievable so comfortable and supportive i have had me best nights sleep in years suffer from loads of joint pain and the mattress and mattress topper are amazing

Had an issue with wrong item sent out and Amy in customer service was terrific went above and beyond

Awful, absolutely awful customer service. I placed an order for next day delivery Tuesday evening. Fully expecting this to be sorted on Wednesday and received Thursday. When I received no dispatch notification on Wednesday, I queried this on Thursday. I got a response from "Lucy" (Which just turned out to be AI) stating that it can't even find my order and instead tried asking me about an order placed 3 years ago!

After speaking to "Lucy" on Thursday morning, they told me I would be passed on to a human to speak to - however I have not heard anything from anyone at the company since despite chasing twice. Their products aren't cheap and they shouldn't gate keep customer service behind a poor implementation of AI.

I've asked for confirmation of shipment or my money back and have received neither.

We purchased the REM-Fit® 5000 Lux Elite Hybrid Mattress and it's the mattress the best we have ever tried. So much better than Simba as it has proper edge support. Highly recommend this company. Delivery was easy and on time.

Informed all the way regarding delivery which was on time ..very friendly efficient delivery team .took mattress up to the room and unwrapped then took all packaging away.

Really quick to respond to queries regarding delivery and the warranty registration. Quick delivery and quality products!

Yes delivery did take a little longer than expected, and I was not given a delivery date however, it was worth the wait. Customer Service were on it and convinced me to wait.
The mattress is superb. My wife has slept better than before. She usually never settles
I have back issues to top bottom of my spine and this has helped no end. I have slept more than 5 hours for the first time in years

Hopefully they have sorted delivery issues but over look them. It is worth it.
And mine was half the price of some leading brands

We are very pleased with our Rem-Fit 5000 Lux elite hybrid mattress. Delivery was straight forward to a Scottish Island and the company sent useful emails regarding care and unpacking the matress. The matress is extremely comfortable and supportive, we are both sleeping better and I no longer have low back pain on waking. All in all a very positive experience.

Order was easy and straightforward and I received confirmation soon after. Communication regarding the delivery was excellent throughout. They arrived on time and it was smooth! I love my new mattress! My back feels so much better! I would buy from them again!

Good product,delivery arrived in good condition and at the time agreed. Good product information regarding opening the product & how to care for it. Mattress is Firm as advertised which is what I needed. Overall very happy.

Could someone please make contact with me reference my mattress order RM 47434. I have tried for 6 days now to get a reply from yourselves that isn’t an automated bot. I have sent many emails and no one has got back to me. I initially was willing to upgrade mattress but got no replies from a human and have been sent round in circles since. So I have decided I would like a return and a refund. Can somebody please make contact with me.

Fantastic support with just the right amount of softness. I think it’s an excellent mattress for back, side, and stomach sleepers. It provides great support in every sleeping position, and I’m definitely waking up feeling more rested.

I recently purchased a REM-Fit 500 Cool Gel Pillow but found it was too thick/deep meaning I experienced neck pain and headaches from using it. The customer services team were great and very understanding and have replaced the pillow with a different Low Depth Pillow which I am confident will be perfect for me. Thank you REM-Fit!
