Ordered and arrived without issue. Followed the unpacking instruction and had a wonderful, blissful sleep for the first time in a long time.

I ordered two mattresses from REM-Fit after sleeping at my dad’s house who also had a REM-Fit mattress. I was so Impressed I had ordered two for my self. The ordering and delivery process was quick and simple! As for the sleeps I’ve had since getting my new mattress, it has been amazing, so comfortable and I feel very well rested. I would highly recommend - Thank you REM-Fit.

The quality of the pillows is excellent both me and my wife got one with back and neck problems best thing we got to help us thanks

Great website easy to use and navigate great offers and fair prices would highly recommend. Delivery service was fine they brought it up to my door and took old mattress away for a small fee. Also booking the delivery was straight forward as well.

Comfortable and well built mattress delivered on time. The nights sleep has been significantly improved since purchasing the mattress.

I emailed Customer Services twice during the order process and both times I received an email within minutes from a human being who understood my query, was reassuring and very helpful. One on a Sunday evening and one on a Friday evening long after most places are closed. It made all the difference! The mattress itself is gorgeous, perfect firmness and incredibly comfortable. 10/10!

We need a comfortable mattress for a bed that’s used occasionally. Having had a very good experience with rem-fit memory foam pillows we’ve been using for years, we opted for rem-fit over other online sellers. The price was competitive. Delivery was as promised and we were kept informed all the way. The mattress arrived well-packed and with a tool to ensure safe opening. So far we’re delighted with the mattress. We also had an issue relating to a promo that hadn’t been applied. We had no proof and rem-fit thought we were mistaken. However they were very prompt and polite in correspondence and made a very acceptable gesture to resolve the situation. Clearly the proof of the pudding is in the sleeping over a long period. However, we are happy customers and will use rem-fit again.

From placing my order to my first sleep on the mattress it was quick, it was easy. The courier kept the lines of communication open & the mattress was delivered on time. The mattress itself is a premium mattress, it is comfortable & supportive & the icing on the cake, it is affordable. For me this was money well spent. I would highly recommend REM fit 5000 luxury elite

Great company, with a fantastic product. The delivery was painless and the mattress is as they say. It’s such an upgrade from our old one. Super comfy, cooling and supportive all at once. Highly recommend.

A quality product offering value for money. Easy ordering process and the two free pillows were a bonus. I would recommend REM-Fit based on my experience.

My purchase of a mattress from REM-Fit has been first class. All their departments work together to ensure the customer has the best ordering and delivery experience. The back-ache I woke up to every morning has gone proving that the "400" mattress lives up to their claims. Thank you REM-Fit.

From the delivery and removal of our old mattress to the comfort and support of the rem-fit mattress itself the experience has been fantastic.

The perfect balance between high-level body support and plush comfort. It provides optimal spinal alignment without feeling overly rigid, ensuring I wake up completely refreshed and pain-free every morning. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a mattress that offers the perfect balance of firmness and targeted back support. It has significantly improved my sleep quality, giving me a restful night's sleep with zero morning stiffness. It's truly worth every penny.

Really great pillow. I no longer wake up with a slightly stiff neck and shoulder. I sleep more soundly.
I can't fault the company, they sell quality products which actually work and help your body become more aligned. Thank you

I used Remfit because of the excellent reviews they receive. I have not been disappointed. A good choice of products, easy ordering, prompt delivery and good customer service provide great value for money

Brilliant quality, very good customer service. My original order went missing in transit and as soon as the courier had confirmed they had lost it another was one was dispatched. Overall very happy

Had an issue with my mattress purcahse.
One quick phone call got everything sorted. Thankyou so much.
Also, just to add, love the work these guys do with the British Heart Foundation.

I ordered a mattress on Wednesday evening and requested to cancel the order following morning via their online messaging service as the company have no telephone number. It took until the following Wednesday to actually have confirmation my order was cancelled from a member of staff.

I was contacted by four assistants before this was resolved, their communication was confusing and you can only contact via email which is incredibly slow. Any reply from them takes a day or two. The company tried to charge me a cancellation fee for the order despite never dispatching anything too which seems ridiculous given you can return the mattress free of charge after trialling it.

They eventually did cancel the order and not charge me anything, but I would say the entire experience was unnecessarily long, their communication was very unclear and confusing and has completely put me off ever using them.

I’ve ordered from another provider online who dropped the price of their mattress once it had been dispatched, one phone call later and they’d refunded the difference and it was deliver in two days time. The contrast between the two companies has been huge!

I’ve only give two stars as the last assistant to confirm my refund was pleasant and resolved the issue, but it should not have been a problem to begin with.

The whole process from choosing which mattress we needed, to placing the order, receiving delivery and opening the package was seamless.

The quality of the mattress is superior to anything else I’ve ever slept on. Incredibly comfortable and I no longer wake up with back pain or discomfort. Not the greatest sleeper either but have found that my sleep quality has started to improve after just a few weeks with this new mattress.
