Great experience. The mattress arrived on time and for an extra charge the old one was taken away, the new one unpacked and 6 hours later we slept on it. Great night's sleep. The Ortho 4000 is softer than expected but nonetheless supportive. With all the discounts offered and free pillows, a good buy. Highly recommended.

I bought the REM-Fit 4000 Ortho Elite Hybrid Mattress and so far I’m very happy with it.

I was looking for something supportive and reasonably firm, but I still wanted it to be comfortable rather than feeling like I was sleeping on a board. This mattress has been a really good balance for me. It feels supportive without being uncomfortable, and I’ve found it much easier to get comfortable at night.

The mattress also feels very solid and well made. You can tell there is quite a lot going on inside it, but it doesn’t feel unnecessarily hard or rigid. After using it for a while, I’m still very pleased with the choice and I’m sleeping well on it.

The ordering and delivery were straightforward as well, with no problems from my side.

Overall, I’m genuinely very happy with the 4000 Ortho Elite. It was quite a big purchase, so I spent some time deciding which mattress to go for, and I’m glad I chose this one.

After a few communication / delivery issues Customer Service were very helpful in rectifying the situation. Good quality mattresses…

We bought a rem-fit pocket 2000 hybrid mattress in 2020 which has been the most comfortable mattress in our home and is still working great after 6 years. We now bought another rem-fit supreme 3000 hybrid mattress this month. It is even better for side sleeping. We got 2 pillows as free gifts, and thanks to the great customer service, we are able to exchange the free pillows for a pocket sprung pillow and a bamboo pillow as my wife is allergic. They are all great products and are supportive and feel of high quality. We love rem-fit so much, we bought other products: another Bamboo pillow, a halo topper and three Tencil mattress protectors. Now everyone in our home is enjoying comfortable sleeping on rem-fit.

I am very pleased with the quality of my REM-Fit mattress. It feels well made, supportive and extremely comfortable. The customer service team was also professional, helpful and responsive throughout the process. They listened to my concerns, communicated clearly and worked hard to find a suitable solution.

I was looking for a new mattress for a while and kept seeing other brands, but found rem-fit and seen the awards they got the price of the mattress and that fact they chucked in two pillows for free, thought why not try due to their trial period. I don't believe the awards they have a genuine my experience has been terrible bought the oth 5000 5 years ago I unpacked it and waited 48 hours extra time than recommended before using it as I lay on it I hearef multiple pops the sound of springs popping spoken to therer agents was fobbed off with its normal etc I believed them the bes was in the guest room so wasnt getting much use until about 2 years late I started sleeping on it and then with my son. you could tell that one side of the bed was off it would hurt your back so I turned it away and carried on after emailing contacting chat etc only for silence after trying again this year as this bed got worse they finally replied after repeating all the pics and process I did originally only to be fobbed off with a no we wouldnt take it back for inspection 15 years guarantee is fake they used stain as an excuse pretty stupid as its been bad from tge start.ive been completely put off rolled up mattresses now ive bought another mattress and the rem is in the Garrage waiting tobe thrown away terrible customer service and poor quality products.

Delivery came in two separate deliveries which was a little annoying, as we received mattress and then sheets etc days later. Had to go out and buy more sheets to be able to use mattress

I cannot believe HOW BAD their customer service is!

I originally ordered the REM-Fit 4000 in July. After it not being in stock we got an upgrade but the mattress wasn’t right for me, so after about 40 emails and huge amounts of time I finally got a delivery date for the original mattress I ordered (confirmed it was a European single) and a UK single has just been delivered. So I now have a mattress in our house with no-where to store it and two months on I still don’t have the mattress I originally ordered.
Every email takes on average three days to get a response. There’s no telephone number and even after checking the size the wrong one has been ordered.

Simple, explanatory website and ordering process. Delivery was excellent and kept me updated. Very pleased with the mattress and quality of sleep.

If you’re unsure, it’s worth giving it a try. I waited two weeks before writing my review because I wanted to give my body enough time to adjust. A new mattress can take a little while to get used to, especially when the support, firmness and pressure relief are different from what you’ve been sleeping on.
As a side sleeper with ongoing back, neck and shoulder issues following an injury, I’ve tried several mattresses without much success.
I have purchased the 3000 Supreme Hybrid (medium soft) since it was recommended for side sleepers.
This one feels different, I’m much more comfortable through the night and now sleep right through until morning. That has made such a difference, so I’m definitely keeping it and may even buy another Small Double for my guests to sleep on.
The pillow is great too! Matches perfectly with the mattress, I tried few different types of pillows and the original 400 memory foam pillow that was sent with the mattress is actually the best match!

We bought a REM-Fit mattress in May 2024. Within around six months, it developed substantial sagging on one side. The dip continued to worsen and eventually measured more than 4cm. The mattress no longer provides proper support, and the sagging has caused my wife ongoing back pain and discomfort.

We submitted photographs, measurements and details of the bed base. The evidence clearly showed a significant dip that exceeded the acceptable level of settlement described in REM-Fit's own guarantee information.

Despite this, we had to chase repeatedly before the claim progressed. REM-Fit then required us to pay £40 for an independent inspection by Castelan. We paid in March, but nobody contacted us for more than two months. An appointment was arranged only after we chased again.

The inspection was not properly completed. REM-Fit has acknowledged in writing that the inspector carried out only a brief and limited assessment because he could not find somewhere to park. Despite admitting that the inspection was incomplete, REM-Fit relied on it to reject our guarantee claim and said the sagging was normal foam compaction.

They then offered another inspection but wanted us to pay a further £40 in advance, which they said would be non-refundable. It is completely unreasonable to charge a customer twice when the first inspection was incomplete because of the inspector's parking arrangements.

REM-Fit initially described the inspection as a fair, thorough and objective process. They said a qualified technician would properly assess the mattress and issue a written report. Instead, we waited months, paid for an incomplete visit and then had our claim rejected using the limited assessment they admit took place.

This is also not our first REM-Fit mattress to develop sagging. In 2020, REM-Fit acknowledged a similar problem with our previous mattress and arranged a replacement. Experiencing the same issue again, followed by such a frustrating guarantee process, has destroyed our confidence in both the product and the aftercare.

We have already supplied clear photographs and measurements showing the extent of the sagging. REM-Fit also has its own published criteria for unacceptable mattress settlement. Another inspection should not be necessary, particularly after the first one was mishandled.

REM-Fit should now refund the £40 inspection fee and replace the faulty mattress under its guarantee without requiring us to pay for or arrange another inspection.

Based on the premature deterioration of the mattress and the way this guarantee claim has been handled, I cannot recommend REM-Fit and will not be buying another mattress from them.

We ordered a REM-Fit 4000 Ortho Elite Hybrid mattress. The order process and delivery were fine.

After trying it for a while, we requested to return it under the 100 day free trial. This was eventually successful, and we have received a refund, which is why we have given the company one star.

However, the collection and refund process took the best part of a month with repeated requests for us to keep the mattress, offering a partial refund each time. We can't understand how this can be a quality mattress when they finally offered us £300 refund to keep it.

My partner and I do not believe that this mattress was of an appropriate quality to hold the price tag it does. Even for £300 less we were unwilling to keep it. It appears just to be a cheaply-made foam mattress with a nice cover on. In fact, despite the "Ortho" in the title, it made our existing back pain worse.

Beware of free gifts - luckily, we checked the terms and didn't use the pillows given to us. If you do, you will be charged if you return the mattress under the sleep trial. Fair enough, I suppose, but worth keeping them wrapped up until you are certain you are going to keep the mattress.

I would think carefully about purchasing from this company, as they appear to use AI responses to emails, which can cause frustration.

As I mentioned before, they did uphold their promise of a refund, so that is why we have given one star (although you can't actually give none!)

Great service really comfortable bed

Very good customer service answering some queries about the mattress. Smooth efficient delivery by the helpful team. The mattress proved to be as advertised. It is comfortable and helped with back pain issues. A good buy!

I recently purchased a REM-Fit® 4000 Ortho Elite Hybrid Mattress and I’m extremely happy with it. I was initially concerned about the mattress arriving vacuum-packed because, due to my disability and mobility difficulties, I’m unable to unpack and position it myself.

The REM-Fit team were incredibly understanding and arranged two-person delivery, unpacking and positioning the mattress directly onto my adjustable bed at no extra charge. The service was excellent from start to finish.

I’ve now had the mattress for a week, and it has genuinely done wonders for my sleep and my back. After having a disappointing experience with my previous mattress, I’m so pleased I decided to go ahead with REM-Fit.
