This is the best mattress you could get at a bargain price for what it offers. This is very comfortable firm and soft at the same time my back pain faded away. No silly spring noisy mattress any more. Fast delivery. I would recommend 100%

Very comfy mattress, never slept better!

Had a new mattress delivered today, but the delivery crew knew nothing about removing the old mattress!! We paid for removal and, naively, believed that the they would take the old mattress...

Email sent and rem-fit, presumably using AI, answers in seconds, but there's no evidence that a human is actually working the issue.

And, ofc, rem-fit doesn't accept phone calls. Their 0800 number answers with "There's no one available to take your call" and immediately disconnects the call.

The clock is ticking before we return the mattress.

I originally had an issue after accidentally ordering the wrong mattress size through Wowcher, and there was some confusion around the exchange and the information I had initially been given.
After further communication, REM-Fit reviewed the situation again and agreed to make an exception and exchange my Super King mattress for a King size completely free of charge.
They are also arranging for the British Heart Foundation to collect the original mattress so that, where possible, it can be donated rather than going to waste.
I really appreciate Amy and the REM-Fit team taking the time to reconsider the situation and come up with a solution that I’m very happy with.
Customer service is ultimately about how a company deals with a problem when something goes wrong, and REM-Fit have turned my experience around. Thank you.

If you are buying a mattress for back pain or spinal support, please be cautious. I purchased the REM-Fit 4000 Orthopaedic Mattress, but the actual firmness level was far from what was advertised and did not give the necessary corrective support.

Online mattress companies use 100-to-200-day sleep trials as a major selling point, but this is largely a marketing gimmick. In reality, if the product is not right for your back and you have to coordinate a return, the mixed messages and administrative back-and-forth can inflict severe personal and mental distress. It completely disrupted our schedule and living space.

I will give credit to the company for eventually resolving our case honorably with a full refund and goodwill gestures after a senior manager intervened. But the journey to get there was unnecessarily complicated.

Do not rely on online claims for orthopaedic support—go to a physical shop and test the firmness in person first.

The description of the product was accurate. A 7.5 firmness deep mattress, with a memory foam top layer, provided perfect support for my back ( I'm 76) and a comfortable cosiness mattress feel. Delivery and instructions for unpacking the bed all helpful and efficient too

I've been emailing to get my mattress returned because it's not for me as it's too firm and as i have hip surgery penciled in the next few weeks and also having neuropathy the mattress caused pains and needles in my legs and arms. Rem-fit got back to me and offered either 2 different mattresses or a full refund before the full 30 day ned in period because of my condition which was really helpful. We stayed at a friend’s house a while back and had one of the best nights of sleep we've had in years. When it came time to replace our own mattress—which wasn't super old, just not that comfortable—we immediately reached out to ask what brand they were using. They told us about REM-Fit, and so we decided to go with them, albeit a slightly different mattress. We haven't been disappointed so far (three weeks in)! It's lived up to the hype and transformed our sleep.

Who knew a new mattress could make all the difference. I am 64 years old and a carer, so lots of moving and handling has left its mark on my lower back.
