I ordered material for a quilt and it wasback ordered with no scheduled ship date. When I called to get update on the status, Courtney quickly reviewed my order, offered me an exchange, placed my order and the new material was shipped in 24 hours.

The person totally did research for me that I would not have known how to do, and I appreciate the time and effort it took for them to do it.

I purchased 5 jellyrolls in November 2025 and received only two of them on March 2, 2026. However, one of the items I had been waiting 3 months for was the wrong one. Called them, and they told me to return the jellyroll I didn't order and that they will send me the correct one. Now, on March 16, 2026, the correct item is out of stock. I have been calling them consistently, regarding my order, since November. Their excuse was that they were waiting for a shipment and that it was first-come, first-served. On March 16, 2026, the representative was rude and told me to get a refund. The order number is 32067845. I received the refund after multiple phone calls because they refunded the incorrect amount. The tracking number for the returned item, which was received on March 6, 2026, is 9302210499600128722740.

First time ordering and I made a mistake that was corrected so quickly. I appreciate the white glove service which Im quite sure is given to everyone! Thank you!

I wanted information about my order, they were quick to inform me about my order and when I would receive it

I needed a pedal for a weird, old sewing machine. Expected trouble finding it or high price if I did. Neither was true at Sewingparts. They easily identified what I needed, had it in stock and price and shipping were very fair. Even when I inadvertently ordered twice, they quickly canceled one order and refunded my money.
