Fantastic sales and repair staff. "NEW" owner, Jeremy, who is the son of George & Terri that originally opened the store, which is local to me, is NOT fantastic and IMO, needs to sell the company to someone else, or George & Terri take back over. I commend Jeremy for growing this company to a world wide phenom, and on the employees, which again are absolutely wonderful, friendly, and knowledgable. However, in this case bigger is CERTAINLY not better for us LOCAL customers. He has taken, IMO, a GREAT local company and turned it into the usual "corporate" company. I have been with them since they opened the doors. George is one of the finest ppl I have ever met, as well at the technician Dennis! He actually made me feel GOOD to spend money with them! I am a 40 YEAR professional seamstress/embroiderier and if I were the way the "NEW" owner is, I would not still be in business. I have spent THOUSANDS with them in the past, but, I have spent my LAST dollar with them as it stands now. If George were to come out of retirement and get back in there, or another owner that cares about us local customers, I will be back with them to spend money. It is up to the customer as to where they want to spend money, from now on, unfortunately, I will shop elsewhere. Thank You!

They always answer my questions and address my doubts. They often deliver before the estimated time. Communication is just great.

Ordered two presser foot lifters. Paid $13.98 for the parts, plus $9.99 shipping for the two. Received notice that one lifter was back ordered. Called to ask if one was shipped, said they only ship when both are in stock. To ship one they would need another $5.99 for shipping. I protested, saying I've already paid shipping for the two, woman said she'd take care of it. Moments later I received an email invoice for $5.99. Then I called again to cancel the order because of this ridiculousness and was told they had no record of sending an invoice for the additional $5.99, even though I gave the invoice number. Cancelled the order. They did refund what I had paid immediately, which was the only pleasant thing I experienced in dealing with this company. Have ordered from them in the past, but never again.

This company has high quality products and reasonable shipping times. I only had a problem with my order one time in years and the customer service took care of it immediately. Top notch company.

It was bot shipped by the very expensive shipping i paid for. They refused to make it right and refund the difference in shipping price.

There was a small issue with a continuous cut on clearance fabric. They called and emailed to find out my preference! Most places would have just shipped as ordered especially since it was on clearance! I am very impressed and satisfied! Will definitely order again!

Took a while to ship. Fabric feels like plastic. Would not order end of bolts again. Each piece was 1/2 yd if not less...

In search of a quilting foot for my Juki sewing machine. My order was submitted and I was immediately notified that the item was on backorder. I followed up with an inquiry email with an estimated timeline. I was told it was on backorder from their supplier. Each time their response was the same day, and they were more than accommodating. I found my foot, so I no longer needed the one that was on backorder. I notified them and they instantly took that off my order and the other items were placed in the mail.
