They do not stand behind their products.
Sew steady extension table was the wrong size and broke in one corner.
They said it was non refundable and non returnable even though it doesn't fit.

Several years ago, I was given the link to Sewing Parts Online by my Bernina store on 1604 in San Antonio in order for me to order a "foot" for my 930. This time, I was in need of the machine/wall plug. I contacted SWO via an email and within just a minutes received a response to send a pic of the plug. I followed through and shortly thereafter (less than 30 minutes), I received a response indicating a plug that may correspond to mine that I could order YET return, with a refund, in the event it didn't fit. I ordered it and am presently awaiting its arrival.
My Bernina 930 is 40+ years old so I am sooooo thankful I have a source to keep it in top-shape for my granddaughter. Sewing Parts Online has been & hopefully will continue to be a source for me in keeping my prized machine in working condition.

I appreciated the prompt reply and the valuable advise. I can't throw any thing away and purchased the scrap cutting templates from Sewing Parts online .. I have begun using up small pieces of every fabric I have every used and am making scrappy quilts blankets for the Humane society. Each 8" block is a reminder of quilts I have made over the years.

You had the bobbin winder assy that sev yrs ago my dealer told me Brother didnt mk any more so he cdnt fix it on my 2004 NV4000D. I installed it myself & now hv working bobbin winder on my machine. HOORAY for SewingPartsOnline!

I was searching for parts for a Singer 3443c that I picked up from a goodwill shop for not very much money. It was missing the extension table. I reached out to Sewingpartsonline and they very quickly sent me a list with pricing for everything they had on hand for the machine. It was my decision to not invest any more money into the machine but I very much appreciated their quick response and customer service.

I just wanted an update and they were happy to give me a clear, honest, answer with no tap dancing.
