I ordered material over 2 weeks ago, I recieved an email it was on its way. Then it NEVER came I tried emailing and calling. The email took 2 days to get a response and the phone call took about the same for them to get back to me. I recieved another email my material was on its way then it was gone. I recieved email that they were half yard short and it had already been cut and what would I like to do. This was my first time dealing with these people and will be the last time dealing with these people. Horrible customer service and crappy product and time to get it. Beware buying anything from them they do not honor anything.

The customer service is absolutely excellent! Responses are timely, repairs are fully explained and shipping is fast and easy. They are definitely one of the premier sites on my list!!

My package was never received. When I reached out to support I was instructed to check with the post office. After doing so, the post office explained to me that Sewing Parts Online would have to file a claim for the misdelivered package and that it would be no issue for them since the package is under the $100 insured maximum. When I reached out to Sewing Parts Online with this information I was told that they would not help. Apparently this is a common issue other people have had with this company

I paid $14.99 for expedited shipping, their website said it would arrive on July 3rd, it came on July 6th, the same time the $5.99 shipping would have arrived. I asked for the difference to be refunded; haven't heard back. UPDATE: My entire shipping cost was refunded. Upon further reflection, I'm sure it was the Post Office's fault, I was just mad, as I missed my deadline to finish the project. Thank you.

I bought a sewing machine on Marketplace but it was missing the pressure foot, and the extension table. I was able to find both here. The chat option allowed a representative and myself to converse. They got me to the parts I needed quickly. When it arrived, it fit perfectly and looked like new. I would recommend this site 100% and will use it again myself for any future needs.

I mistakenly ordered some accessories that I hadn’t realized came with my machine. I emailed the company, after hours, to cancel order. They responded almost immediately during regular business hours and honored my request to cancel. I have also discovered the online tutorials they provide, which are quite helpful. I am confident that this is a reputable company and they will continue to be my go-to company for supplies!
