I have a vintage sewing machine that needs replacement parts. They answered my questions quickly and provided links to the product I was inquiring about.

I ordered a basic mechanical sewing machine to take to classes at my local public library. I failed to notice that the machine I ordered did not have a stitch width selector which would be nice to have but for beginner sewing lessons really isn’t a necessity. I chose economy shipping and the machine arrived earlier than expected. I communicated via text with a question about the return policy; I was considering exchanging this machine for a model with a stitch width selector but based on the honest and perfectly reasonable response, I decided to keep the machine I ordered. I have other machines; this is a light weight machine I can easily take to classes and I can work with the features it has. Overall, I am pleased with the quick shipping, immediate and personal response to my text messages (obviously not an AI bot!) and quality of the product. The Janome 2212 has a strong motor, sewed through 16 layers of quilter’s cotton with a nice stitch quality. The machine is quieter than some other basic mechanical machines I have used and sews smoothly. It’s a nice machine for a beginner.

Dealt with Marcedes regarding my fabric order. There was not enough of my original order so several options were offered and due to her diligence, a replacement is on the way!!!!

I ordered bobbins, and USPS said they were delivered, but they were not. Customer Service walked me through every step of getting my bobbins to my house successfully, and communicated the whole time. Even though this was not their fault, they took ownership and saved the day!!
