I have ordered from this company multiple times and I have always received great products. Today I spoke with Darnisha regarding an acrylic template for my sewing cabinet. I did not know what the make was as it is aver 30 years old. I bought a new sewing machine and needed a new template. Darnisha reached out to the manufacturer to find the best fit and the make of my cabinet. They found it and we were able to place the order. I couldn't ask for any better service than this. Thank you Darnisha!

First, let me say I don't do bad reviews. I reached out to companies to resolve the issue. However, sewing parts online is a company with bad customer service.
Don't expect sewing parts online to handle a missing shipment between them and the post office in a timely fashion. They did not offer to resend the order nor did they refund my money. I had to insist they file the claim with usps because they wanted me to do it. After filing the claim, I am now suppose to wait another 7 to 10 days for processing the claim. Note my order was placed on 4/18/26 and it is now 5/11/26 and I still am having to wait an additional 7 to 10 days to find out next steps. They did not hesitate to charge my credit card for the order on 4/18. Most retailers in my experience will immediately resend the order or refund your money. Very disappointed in customer service.

P.s. I did my due diligence and went to
Post office to confirm there was no package. The only thing that they received was the invoice, the rest of the package is unknown.

I ordered a replacement part, that did not work correctly. I contacted customer service for assistance. Their response was the same day with tips on how to fix the problem or an option to return the part and get a new one. The tips were wonderful and I was able to get the replacement part working perfectly. Great company! Superior customer support!

We love to shop locally but it’s hard to find a matching acrylic table for a specific serger. We had questions. The folks at sewing parts.com had pictures and answered all those questions and assured us that we could return it if it wasn’t & exact fit.
