I’m a new customer. Ordered twice. First time I called and the person on the phone was very friendly and understanding. She answered my question clearly and I was very pleased. Plus, shipping to Hawaii was fast! My second time I sent an email and was answered within an appropriate amount of time. I am very pleased with everything I have ordered so far. I live in a small town and I can not find everything I need for sewing so I am so happy to have found you! Oh, and it was through Chelsea, she sews seams that I found you!

I have been learning to quilt.....and at times frustrated with my skills and confidence. I have been watching videos put out by Sewing Parts Online and I can't say how much they help. I recently contacted them with a question and they could not have been kinder!!! So excited to take a road trip to visit their brick and motor store in May!

I wanted to order the purple dragon quilt panel for my sons quilt and it would cost me about 3 times the price. With these prices I guess I wont be buying anything. Im really dissapointed. That would be the perfect panel.

Excited to get my 1st order

I ordered some custom printed fabric. It looks like whoever cut it didn’t care. The edges are irregular and sloppy. One print was so close to the edge that there was barely any place to sew and to top that off. It was cut right up against the edge, and the edge was frayed.

They had what I needed and showed me exactly where to find it.

Just a great experience dealing with this company. They’re super friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. If you’re looking for a awesome sewing company that actually cares about its customers, this is the place.

Nice help the lady emailed me a parts list pictures with all the parts numbers just with it had a list with the parts names also

I ordered a bobbin case that came up in the search for my machine. When I received it, (after a couple weeks)it was the wrong bobbin case. When message them they said not the right case (even though it showed up in search for my machine) and told me which on I should have ordered.
