I took delivery of a refurbished Baby Lock Jazz 2 sewing machine late last week. I had it threaded but when trying to pull the bobbin thread up, discovered the needle was striking the bobbin plate cover 1/16” in front of the hole. Tried to troubleshoot, asked for help. Rcvd a msg from Amanda in less than24 hrs with possible solutions. One was the perfect solution and I’m now machine quitting for the 1st time in years. Amanda is a treasure!.
