I went for a "Refurbished" Stairlift" recommended by the Salesman. At installation I noticed a very broken part and drew attention to it. Installer said fine we will get a new one fitted. That part fell of within 12 hours and no sign of a replacement. Tried to chase it up and got nowhere at all. Then other flaws showed up including the anchor points on the Stairs being all wrong and not properly attached therefore dangerous. I took advice from Citizen's Advice who told me I was within my rights to have a full refund under the 2015 Consumer act. So I sent a letter before court giving them time to reply. They ignored it completely until the deadline was passed and then offered to put everything right. Absolutely not if there is a problem it is put right the moment it happens not just before Court Action. The spare part had eventually turned up with no instructions of how to fit - and was absolutely FILTHY. Next letter before court was sent and came back "undelivered three times" written on it. So just before I implemented court action I tried WHICH as the company are WHICH Trusted Traders. Within a couple of hours they were on the phone. Claiming they didn't have my bank details. So I said send the email and I will return bank details. They were foolish enough to send the emails which had my bank details on them! Do not touch them they bully the elderly and are totally incompetent. I have had a new stair lift installed by Acorn Stair lifts and that company were horrified at the incompetent dangerous fitting. Senior Stairlifts were late arriving to remove my installation so the new company took it out for me to be collected later in the day. I can back up my claims with evidence and believe if I had gone to court I would have got compensation for the aggravation I really didn't need as an 80 year old cancer patient. Minus 5 stars.

The staff who.handled my enquiry, assessment and questions were really friendly and helpful. The engineer who installed our stairlift was Carl. He was friendly, polite and extremely careful, thorough and considerate Nothing was too much trouble for him. Even in the incredibly hot 35 degree heatwave he never stopped working or lost concentration. I have no hesitation in recommending Senior Stairlifts as a reliable company with quality products and helpful friendly office staff and in particular their engineer Carl who is a credit and assett to the company. I hope he is awarded a bonus as a reward.😄

it as been a while having our stairlift up and running. I am getting more out of it now and hopefully my husband will when he gets home from hospital and gets on his feet more, he will be able to use it as well. All at senior stair lift have been most helpful to us

My wife needed a stairlift I found a more than a few on the web I had four quotes and went for Senior Stairlifts. All the three of the people that came where polite friendly we had no pressure form Andrew who gave us the quote nice guy. David came and to take the measurement and many photos friendly chap. Today Jordan came to fit the Thyssen Krupps Flow X it took him about 4 hours to fit and explain everything. He did a fantastic job polite and good worker. My wife is so pleased we now have a stairlift.

I’d like to say that from the start that the Company and the guys who did the survey were absolutely brilliant, we wasn’t able to have a stairlift as the nature of our house didn’t allow it, they tried their best ( no hard sell whatsoever)to accommodate our stairs but not to be, please ring this Company as personally I wasn’t able to use them but you may be able.

My mother needed to replace her old stairlift in order to maintain her independence. We had a very prompt reply from the company and measurements were taken shortly afterwards. We had useful information as to how the track would be safer than the old one. The installation of a reconditioned stairlift took place with work done by Dougie. He explained how to use the lift so my mother was very confident she could operate it safely. Prompt service, good advice and safety and reliability are what we wanted. Dan phoned back to check that the stairlift was operating correctly. Very good communication from all staff we spoke to.
