Disappointing experience with the scientific review service
I had requested a scientific review, but the feedback focused largely on minor language edits that any LLM could have done for free.
Much of the "scientific" advice was simply a rehash of the journal’s submission guidelines copied from their website....
This was not what I expected from this service, and I would not recommend it to others.

My manuscript got worse with haphazard allignment, formating and suddent lost of sentences.... Great customer service
In the title the was a clear mistake software was written in small s. Also I didn't notice any changes to the manuscript and no suggestions were made. I liked your word proofreading more than latex. The proofreader said they made suggestions to the graphs but I found nothing.
Edit: the issue was resolved promptly.
