Cloudberry & Lychee Blossom shower burst and 2 other facemasks I’ve used and they leave the skin very smooth while having a amazing smell. The shower burst like I said smells amazing and is very gentle in a form of a foam.

NICE WEE GIFTS TO PUT AWAY , LOOK NICE( liqid hand soap/moisturiser) the gold holder looks quit expensive. happy with this purchase.

Love the smell of the original stuff, my favourites are the shower foam and body fragrance because they are so light and delicate on the skin. I wish they would bring back the scalp exfoliator that they used to do, it was great as a weekly treatment. I managed to get a candle/ room spray/ reed diffuser set in the after Xmas sales so looking forward to using that.

I was bought a candle costing £10 as a gift and after a few hours of burning it went out revealing that the wick was not centralised but at an angle so burned the wax just on one side. I contacted customer services expecting a replacement and they told me this is how it's expected to burn! Rubbish. I use Yankee candles and even cheap Glade ones and have never seen a wick so far from central before. How disgusting that they care so little about customer satisfaction that they aren't prepared to replace 1 faulty candle. I certainly will never buy any of their products again.

I received a trial bottle of leave on exfoliating creme with a magazine last year, it was in the bottom of the drawer for a while. Since using it I fould it to be really great and went online with trepidation to find out how much it costs, thrilled to find it affordable and have happily ordered another bottle!

Extremely poor customer service.. The staff really couldn't care less & happily treat guests like an inconvenience to their day!! The treatments were terrible.. Changing rooms dirty & all in all a really unpleasant experience & a waste of money.. I took my friend as a treat & wish we hadn't bothered. Will never go again & never recommend!

I have bought quite a lot of Sanctuary Spa products over the last couple of years and have been happy with most of them. They are expensive at full price but I look out for special offers. However, their customer service really lets them down. Their phone lines only seem to be open 9 - 5 Monday to Friday - it's very unusual these days to have an online company who don't even answer the phone at weekends, let alone Bank Holidays, and there is no facility to leave a message. I emailed via their contact form a week ago to ask what was the difference between two face creams, one a gel and one a cream. Having not had a reply, I looked again and one said it was for dry skin and the other for normal/combination skin, but the ingredients in both were exactly the same, and listed in the same order. So while I'm not an expert, it seems to me that these two products are exactly the same. The fact that no-one has replied to my query suggests that they don't know what the difference is either. So in future I'll be buying my face creams from a company that provides proper information about their products.

Placed order and received confirmation order from sanctuary, money was taken from my PayPal account and was told goods would be with me shortly.
Then 7 days later had a blunt email saying the offer was a mistake and they had cancelled my order , why would it take a week to inform me of their mistake .
Their own terms and conditions state once the order was confirmed it was a legally binding agreement, however they ignore their own terms and conditions.
Very poor experience.

Love sanctuary spa products & more importantly, so does my skin!
Their customer service is second to none with orders arriving promptly.
Totally recommend.

Perhaps I was having 'a moment' but I managed to process an order for the one of the 'gift packs' without somehow finding the option (if even the option was given?) to write and include a gift label. Hence my present turned up at the recipient's house without anything to suggest from whom it came. Bewildering for recipient and embarrassing for me.

You must try sanctuary products not only do they smell devine but are great products

I have been using sanctuary products on and off for years. An offer drew me to ordering from the website. My order was delivered speedily, and I shall enjoy using the service again, as it isn't always possible to get all you want in stores, many of whom now seem to want one or two products from each brand only.

I am in North America and it was very easy to order products and have them shipped to a UK address.

My sister directed me to the products she wanted on the site but from there on it was down to me and everything was quick and simple.

I understand that sanctuary will be no more in London - sad to see it go
